This comes with a however; the ink to my new eyebrow completely faded. I was ok with that because I knew there needed to be a perfecting session to ensure everything stuck. I had an appointment originally on July 12th for a perfecting session. Unfortunately I had something at work come up and needed to reschedule. I gave her almost two weeks in advance notice as I do not like to change things very last minute. Jaqueline agreed to he change. Come to July 26th appointment, I show up 15 minutes early as their profile on Google states they are open at 9am during their days of operation. I got to the door and notice all of the lights were off and the door was locked. I immediately emailed Jaqueline to let her know I was there. No response. My appointment was at 10am and I waited for her until 10:20. I emailed her again to let her know I waited 20 extra minutes (after driving half an hour to this establishment from my home) I gave her my phone number in case I did anything wrong, but also included a screen shot of our conversation in case I made a mistake. Jaqueline texted me back with a very "sincere" apology as well as a nice offer and to let me know we can reschedule. I tossed out a date but received no reply. I waited an entire week for a reply because we're all human. I got ghosted. Now I'm out $300 with no eyebrows and no faith in ever going back to any type of establishment that offers such a service because my trust has been completely broken and my feelings hurt. I do not recommend this establishment.

The husband/wife owners were incredibly kind and efficient, the prices were very reasonable, and our nails turned out great. This made eating very difficult and painful. My dentist recommended dr Monga at this location. Tmj is expensive and difficult to try and fix. Medical and dental insurance dont cover it. So it was thousands of dollars. Needed physical therapy. If tmj is your issue highly recommend insisting on Chris for therapy. I tried several other therapists and the only one id recommend is Chris. After alot of time and money my tmj is finally much better. Nice to be able to occasionally eat popcorn or steak. Great to not have daily pain. Dr monga was very kind. Really liked her. I guess not many places know what to do for tmj so if thats your issue highly recommend her. Wish I would have dealt with it earlier so things wouldn't have gotten so bad..
