I had Botox and cheek filler performed at the Beavercreek, Ohio location. The Botox on my forehead was uneven leaving one eye higher then the other eye and I still had significant wrinkling over one eye. The filler I asked for on my cheeks has been a nightmare. When the nurse was injecting me she was putting the filler under my eyes when I had told her to place it on the flat areas of my cheeks. I have previously had over the past 2 years been seeing a facial plastic surgeon for my injections but he was unavailable over the holidays. I told her I had never had fillers placed under my eyes yet she continued. The results were horrific! The skin under my eyes had turned white ...known as blanching from improper injecting. This also left large puffy bags under my eyes that I never had before. When the nurse was finished I was still left with the same issues I came in with and a bill of $989.00. When I called the next day I was told I needed to wait at least 2 weeks for a consultation. In the meantime I saw my plastic surgeon and he was quite concerned and shocked with the uneven, unnatural, and unnecessary placement of the filler under my eyes leaving what is called FESTOONS (large bags). When I went for my follow up at Face Forward I came to find out the nurse who did my injections was no longer there... I wondered why?? The staff clearly could see my concerns and offered to dissolve the filler they had put in the wrong area (under my eyes) and wanted to charge me and additional $650.00 to put the filler in the proper place. so in essence they wanted to dissolve their mistake and the filler I had paid $650.00 for. They should have put it in the correct place to begin with. They don't listen and place the fillers where they want to. What a terrible , unprofessional lack of follow through patient care. Face Forward did not stand by their work they are more concerned about making money at the expense of there clients. I also want to note that I returned immediately after my follow up appointment when I realized I had forgotten my car keys to find the entire staff laughing.,So disrespectful. Save your money and a lot of headaches ..stay away from Face Forward.

The clinic was super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The provider, Shkurte, did an amazing job educating me about the procedure, explaining everything we planned to do during the session, and answering all my questions. She wasn't pushy at all and was upfront about what I should or shouldn't get done. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Their prices are incredibly affordable as compared to other places out there. I definitely recommend getting the annual membership package, it saves you so much money and is the best deal I've ever seen. I came prepared with a detailed written timeline, progression photos, product history, and prior testing results in hopes of making the appointment as productive and efficient as possible. Despite this, the visit felt extremely brief and I was quickly told I needed to seek care elsewhere without much discussion of potential next steps, differential diagnoses, or interim treatment options. My photos and prior patch testing results were not meaningfully reviewed. What upset me most was the delivery and bedside manner. Difficult or complex cases sometimes do require referral to larger centers, and I understand that. However, I left feeling dismissed rather than supported. At one point, while I was still reclined and partially undressed from the exam, I was essentially being told there was nothing further she would do to help me locally. When I became visibly upset during the appointment, she responded by asking, "What do you want me to do?" At that point, I did not feel guided, heard, or cared for as a patient dealing with an ongoing and distressing condition. The referral process itself also felt inconsistent and confusing. The seriousness of my case was emphasized by comparing the referral to a primary care physician sending someone to oncology. However, when I asked how to actually pursue the referral, I was simply told there was a 1-800 number and that "there are commercials for it all the time, and it's only 4 hours from here." That contrast made the interaction feel dismissive rather than coordinated or supportive. I left the appointment angry, emotional, and defeated. Patients dealing with chronic visible skin conditions are often already vulnerable, and compassion and communication matter just as much as medical expertise.

I had never been there before, but their great reviews and an open appointment made it an easy choice--and I'm so glad I went. My massage therapist, Ling Wemple, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly thorough and clearly very knowledgeable. Not only did she use effective massage techniques, but she also incorporated stretching and other therapeutic modalities that really targeted my problem areas. From the moment we started, she focused on my concerns with professionalism and genuine care. I felt noticeably better right away--Ling truly went above and beyond. In the past, I've enjoyed massages, but typically only went if someone gave me a gift certificate. After this session, I realized the true therapeutic benefits of massage. However, when I called to schedule, not only did the lady on the phone have to put me on hold to find the answer to every question, but I was informed that I could not schedule the Remodel or any facial (as the same lady performs them all) for almost two months. I did go ahead and schedule and request to be put on the cancelation list. UPDATE: I was called for an opening within a week of being placed on the cancelation list. The woman who owns La De Da performed the facial, Christine Price, and it was incredible. I can understand why people love this place. Christine was very friendly and skillful. To begin, I was placed on a heated bed/table and a steady flow of warm steam was directed towards my face. After many different cleansers were applied and facial massages performed, the Remodeling began. It is (as I understand it) two pads which conduct a particular current which helps to strengthen the fascia in the face. The pads feel a bit like ants marching on your skin, not unpleasant but a bit odd. However, all the proof you need for this treatment is in the mirror after a session. I looked more awake and alert, and immediate scheduled another one. CONCLUSION: I still wish the wait time was less and that the front desk staff were a little more knowledgable and friendly, but the remodel facial with Christine makes the wait worth it!
