Wanted to have my gel nails removed and redone for pedicure walked up to the station, the lady who was going to do it. The tech just got done cutting off her nails and filing them didn't clean up her station. It was a mess, nail clippings and dust everywhere and wanted to do my nails. I looked at her and said no thank you I'm walked out. Disgusting cleanliness was not her key point go there with caution. read more

I am impressed with the service I received. However it is on the pricier end, these nail techs know what they are doing! Vee is amazing if you want any kind of design; I can't speak for any others because she did such a good job my first time here, I ask for her every time I go. She is knowledgeable and kind. Will never return, horrible service from the Owner, Bella. Everyone else was friendly and nice. Received a fill last Saturday. Nails already chipping by Sunday, very thick polish, could feel my hair under my nails when shampooing. Called to see if I could get the nails redone. Was told over the phone that they were very sorry and offered to give me a free full set replacement. My nails were soaked and ground off. While the tech was grinding the owner came over to ask how bad the nails REALLY were. She also made sure to exaggerate what I explained over the phone. During my phone call with the receptionist, I apologized for complaining more times than they did. I hate to be a burden, but for a $60 acrylic full not including tip, I wanted to get them fixed! After my nails had soaked a bit, the owner informed me that my nails were in fact not lifting, and she wished she could've seen them before they were soaked off because now I'd have to be charged. Horrible customer service from the owner, especially in front of other customers. Wouldn't recommend to anyone to go here! Sincerely upsetting, especially from a local business. read more

Had a pedicure and gel manicure at Cambella Nail Spa for the first time and I was pleased with the services. Melissa at the front desk was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ally did both my pedicure and manicure and she did a great job. I felt comfortable in the fact that she knew what she was doing, she was very personable and she did both services in a timely manner. Purchased a standard pedi for my mom as a gift. She went in and was so rushed thru the process she was walking out the door 24 minutes after walking in it. When I called to speak to Bella the manager about it she was nasty. Told me nothing was wrong with the pedi and I bought the cheapest one and they only last 30 minutes. I agreed and said it was the service, not the polish I have a problem with and if they are supposed to be 30 minutes why was she walking out the door 24 minutes later. She also told me to never come back. Terrible customer service and clearly don't stand behind their services. Would never recommend anyone supporting a business with such poor customer service. read more

One week into my nails and they were lifted and chipped. I've been on vacation, so not because I had been difficult on my nails. Two weeks in, and every nail has lifted and come off. My toes looked great, but just a day later, my problem callous areas are not as smooth as I would have liked and my one big toenail is more sore in the corners than it was before. This was my first time visiting the place looking for a new nail place. Place looks very clean looks new to me. First of all my tech seemed unhappy some drama going on about me not being her appointment but someone else's they were talking about it while I was on her chair not very professional. The reason I only did three stars is because my nails didn't look nice at all, I was going to get gel manicure but when I saw what the lady was doing I decided to switch because I didn't trust I was going to like it. The techs kept borrowing top coat doesn't the spa have enough I wonder? My daughter got a full set of acrylic she hated them the guy gave her mood nails she didn't asked for and the price was too much for something she didn't ask for. I called last week to make a mani pedi appointment for my daughter. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the person who took my appointment information. She said they had an opening for the following Friday at 4:00. This was for her prom so it was very important she got her nails done that day. We get there and check in and they have no record of our appointment at all. She even went so far as to ask if I had actually called their business. I have now checked my phone and verified that I did in fact call them last week and made an appointment. Of course, they are booked solid the rest of the day and now we are scrambling to find another place to get her nails done before tomorrow night. I find them to be extremely unprofessional. I encourage all guests to get the name of the front desk scheduler when you make an appointment and call back to verify. And, this is not the first unfortunate experience I have had there. Last summer I got a pedi and the technician cut me and it wouldn't stop bleeding. She ended up gluing my toe so she could finish the job. I still have a scar and it has been over 9 months. read more
