Instead of focusing on my nails asked me was I in the Army because I had a fatigue hat onas if
DrTiffany I.

If I could give less than a 1 rating I would. Terrible service. The owners should be shamed. My 3rd time here because it is closest to my mothers home. The service I came for was a dip synonymous to an overlay. They dipped my fingers in hot acetone. I will be calling the board Monday but what they did was unsafe. When I indicated to her it was too hot she ignored me and said dip your thumbs you have to keep them in there. She and one of the owners began to speak in Vietnamese. When I let her know I have NEVER had the dip taken off this way and it felt like it was eating through my cuticles she said "don't worry." Her hands were terribly shaky. My matrix is soft and she removed my enamel. She used unclean drills never pulling them out of the autoclave/sterile bag. If you develop a fungus EVER or have EVER you will understand why now or any communicable disease from a nail salon for that matter. She asked me for my payment. I presented my credit card. She waited for a tip. She painted my nails with a base coat, no shine and retaliated because I did not tip. All I can say is make sure you guys are ready for your secret shopper and an unannounced board and department of health visit.

So pissed

I just left there and my nails polish is already coming off and all I've done is open the door and sit in the car it's literally just peeling off I am beyond pissed off and I will never go there again my friend paid for hernails today and it cost over $200 just for our nails to look like shit wouldn't recommend at all

You can't tell in this photo but I promise it's runny & clumpy.

Anita was the second person to do my eyeliner and the first to do my eyebrows years ago…read more Over the years, I have referred people to her and even when I moved to Florida, I would return to Ohio to have her do updates even though permanent makeup is cheaper here in St. Petersburg. So it was with complete confidence that I told my mom that she needed to go to Anita to have her eyebrows done. Eyebrows were great. Anita asked Mom if she wanted her eyeliner done (I really wish Mom had talked to me first about that first),. Mom said yes and the ink quite promptly disappeared. Three attempts later.. eyeliner came off. The suggestion was made that Mom has a medical condition that causes ink to disappear. I checked out https://www.realself.com/forum/permanent-eyeliner-flaking which would appear to imply that no, Mom might be pretty healthy after all. Regardless of the reasons why this phenomena happens in the above link, I felt that she should have gotten a partial refund, at least. Maybe she could have gone back a fourth time but what's the point, really? I'm thinking there is none. My mom felt bad and I kept telling her after each procedure that Anita would do right by her, not to worry. I was in the wrong. I'm sure that she could go back every other week or so and have the process redone but it doesn't feel very good and why would somebody do that unless they enjoy pain? Since Anita's insurance company keeps track of her money, my mom cannot get a refund. This especially bites since she's retired but let's move on, shall we? I didn't know that Anita's insurance company did her finances and all that. I personally have USAA and all they care about is whether I pay them. I'm not sure they care about anything else, to be honest. I'll have to ask them the next time I call. The suggestion was made that perhaps my mother would like to have her lipliner done. Really? Like, seriously???? Why would my mom drive to Englewood and go 'under the needle' again for something that may or may not work and the only thing changing is her checkbook balance? Obviously, if I had known about the insurance company deal, I would never have recommended people to go to her over the years and I sure as heck would have gotten eyebrow and eyeliner updates done in St. Petersburg or maybe Tampa and saved a few bucks. Does Anita's insurance company think this sum of money was worth losing business over? I guess so. Sure hope it wasn't Geico. I like that lizard.

Anita is a very careful with attention to detail in the make up of clients. She has great knowledge…read moreof the high quality of products that she uses in permanent make-up. Brows and eyeliner looks natural. She is careful to explain all the steps of any procedure she preforms. Quality products.
