Service - Susan does a great pedicure. My feet look great. I would have given 4 stars, but there were lots of flies keeping me company, so it wasn't very relaxing. Also, the owner would not honor the 10% off coupon for 1st check-ins on Yelp. She said she didn't put it there, which I found confusing. She did apologize, but I feel she should have honored the coupon. I didn't make it up. Nice sized salon with plenty of chairs for manis and pedis. I have been to a lot of nail salons and most in Huber. I am a serial salon hopper. LOL! Recently, I started coming to Tiny's and I feel like I've found a keeper. My nail tech, Joe, is amazing. He's sweet and does a fantastic job. He's done both my hands and feet and I am thrilled with his work! I've been a salon hopper for years, so for me to find one I want to stick with is a big deal. I hadn't gotten a manicure in several years, but went a few weeks ago with a friend. The lady who did my nails was friendly and wound up talking me into acrylic nails with gel polish verses a dip manicure. To her credit, they came out beautiful (see photo) and didn't even have a chip in them when I had them removed nearly three weeks later. I just couldn't work with the length any more, even though they were fairly short as I had requested. The prices here are higher than where I went to have them removed. Covid- wise: Everyone wore masks, and there was plexiglass between the customer and the manicurist. People sat in the waiting room, but we were spread out, so it was fine. read more

I have been here only twice but, service was great! Lia is fantastic, chair #6. She's very kind, professional, & friendly.

The technicians all do a nice job for the standard prices. The only drawback is that they don't do a lot of cleaning of their tools.

My first visit my gel manicure started to peel the first day. The second visit I got the powder dip and it split and lifted the first day. No, I didn't do anything to it. I am on board a cruise ship and don't have a lot of options now other than to pay to have is fixed here. The tech was nice enough, but it's not the cleanest either. Maybe I'm spoiled by the old salon I was going to before moving, but this experience is enough to not come again. read more

Absolutely love Allen. He's the first nail artist in all my life that I've come back to more than once. He takes his time. Doesn't rush and makes sure things are done right. If something doesn't turn out like he likes it, he redoes it until it's correct. read more

So I have been twice first had Nancy for a full set hombre set and she did great then I went back nov 23rd and showed the pic of what I wanted in preference to design on nails which is the grinch and a lot of Xmas like things and the lady I had admitted she wasn't able told me to show tiny and tiny sent me straight to Alan! Alan had someone at his table but had and switch with me and took the best care of me and did a phenomenal job on my free hand designs!! He is my new fave! He is patient and makes sure he gets it right! Super easy to converse with also I always leave a twenty dollar tip but he def deserved his! Now I only want him doing my nails! If he is this good at 7 years imagine how good he will be with more years of experience!! Refer to pics and you'll see why I love him!! He has the greatest vibe about him and is as giod as they come ! Tiny's nails does waxing nails and even lash extensions which I'm getting done Sunday so I'll keep you posted on how that goes! Poor customer service. The nail technician's electric file wasn't working and she kept trying to fix it. She spent about 15 minutes on it while I sat there waiting for her to continue with the one that was working right next to it. Very poorly shaped nails. Not even at all. The technicians nails were also yellow and jagged and she didn't wear gloves. She also used unclean tools. I was waiting for her to finish while she tried to fix her machine again when someone came up and said she forgot to tell me I was done. She hadn't put oil or lotion yet and realized once she came back over to the table. I was in there for about an hour and 45 minutes and left with jagged edged nails. read more

I went in with my mom for a pedicure and will not be back no matter what. The "salon" lacks cleanliness in every way from the windows to the floors to the tools most importantly. There is a distinct note of apathy and unprofessionalism from the nail techs as well. On a Tuesday evening at 5 pm I would expect to see cleaning and sanitizing since there was only a handful of customers. They clearly had other ideas including yelling at each other across the salon which hardly allows for the advertised relaxing salon experience. My nail tech's work also was subpar. He did an adequate job of painting my toes but every other part of the spa pedicure could have been done better at home on my own. Lesson learned. I go to a natural nail salon in Centerville for my manicures and love the experience and service so I will stick with them for my pedicures too. read more

It wasn't awful by any means... we didn't have to wait too long even when they were short staffed. You can just tell they cut corners some on the health standards... I got a service that had clay rub in it... she pulled out an old used container that was dry and needed water for her to rub it on. She scooped it out with the same gloves she was using the whole service. Im sure it's fine... just seemed a little less on the clean side. They did treat my son very well and really did their best. I'll come back again, just may stick to the basics so I don't get the used clay again. read more

Technically a very good salon. Neat and clean, skilled. However, I was uncomfortable for a couple reasons. My nail tech spoke maybe two words of English. He spoke non-stop to his co-workers in another language, laughing and giggling the entire time. I am disabled and in a wheelchair. He kept pulling me across the desk into a painful position and did not understand when I told him I couldn't sit that way. In addition, my battery was dead when I left the salon. The staff locked up the salon and walked right by us, got in their car and left us in an empty dark parking lot. read more

Generally speaking, I have had decent experiences at this nail salon. However, on my last visit the nail tech that did my nails didn't do his best work. I mentioned to the owner, Tiny. She was nonchalant and wouldn't even respond to my texts. I told her that I wasn't pleased, because I didn't get the manicure I signed up to receive. She was rushing around as usual. I mentioned to her that I had concerns about the disinfection and sanitation control in the salon. Since, she never responded I will not be patronizing this salon in the future. The prices are seemingly higher than others in the area and she just raised the prices again. Customer service is paramount with me and when my repeated patronage isn't appreciated, then I will take my money elsewhere! read more

Went in for gel nail polish. Signed in for gel nail polish. They also did a manicure, which I did not want, and did not ask for. I was bombarded with did I want a facial, did I want my toes done in gel, did I want a pedicure or a massage? I asked for a French tip which looked horrible and started chipping two days later. During my manicure, that I did not want, she attacked my cuticles and had them bleeding. read more

When I first walked in, I asked what the wait time was and explained that I had a limited time to get my nails done. I told them that if the wait time was long, I would just make an appointment to come back the next day. The lady at the front said "no wait". I was started by one person, switched to another, and then yet another, everytime having to wait until the "new" technician was finishing their last customer. Finally, when my last person started, she was slow, slow, slow! She kept having to call another person to speak to them and ask them for instructions or something (I couldn't understand what they were saying since it wasn't in a language I could understand). I ended up with a hurt cuticle, which is STILL bleeding today, lumpy nail polish and the clear coat is not shiny at all. I did notice that the nail polish didn't look right when I was paying for my nails (I had to wipe off all the oil she had slopped on them) and told the person who was gladly taking my $65 for a butched set of nails. The lady came back from her desk and started scolding me for not telling her to fix them (I had too much oil on my nails to notice right away) and while trying to "fix" them, she was complaining the whole time about the nail polish quality, the shape of my fingers and the fact that I chose a color that wasn't good. I am NEVER coming back here again! I ended up being late for my next appointment, with ugly nails, a bleeding cuticle and $65 in the hole for something I am going to take off today and probably just do it myself. The owner should be reading this review and making sure that their nail techs are being professional and careful. read more
