I would give this a 0 review if it was an option. I went and seen Jax in suite 10. I was to get a full set of highlights I showed her multiple pictures and even told her the more blonde the better. I have dirty blonde hair and do platinum highlights with a toner. Ive NEVER had an issue with my previous stylist. Showed her what i look like every time i go to get my hair done. I walked out DARKER than i came in along woth what little of blonde i did have was purple because she left the toner on so long. I let her know it wasnt even blonde and her reply was "it might lighten and u get more product for your money this way" i was so pissed i was crying before i got to my car. She didnt care i didn't like it or offer to fix it. She also asked if i was getting a cut and i said yes. She just started cutting, never asked how much i wanted cut . Had hydration manicure (gel French tip) and pedicure (get French tip). Process overall almost clocked at three hours. Pedicure was mediocre but great conversation. Technician didn't use a edge to help with the French tip line so my lines were not straight. I had informed her this was my wedding set for the next day (less than 14 hours from my service). I never had gel before so I didn't know they would set quickly as she informed me. Got home & my toes were ruined (smudged) and my fingers were just eh. Paid $107 for both services. Day of wedding again less than 14 hours of this service a nail gel tip completely chipped off my pinky finger, index finger chipped and there was bubbling in two other fingers. My toes were ruined. What a rip off in my opinion. The tech even told me the gel should have lasted up to a week maybe even two depending on my day to day activity. Work didn't even last twenty four hours. read more

Would give 0 reviews if I could. Hannah Brown was absolutely awful to work with. She cancelled my appointment the night before- 6pm on a Sunday. Said she was transferring salons and I could no longer use my groupon at the new salon and that was it. Afterwards when trying to figure out how to use my groupon she was unhelpful, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Will never use her services. Do not recommend her or her new salon. read more

Last minute massage booked by sweet gal at the desk. A full service facility including a nail bar and hair salon. Located in a strip shopping center, the therapist was friendly and kind. She was thorough and well trained. After my massage my hair was a bit of a wreck, so I peeked into the salon and asked for a freshen up, he obliged(how convenient!), and engaged me with his colorful stories. I spent $119 for color and face framing highlights, along with a cut. When I washed and styled my hair at home, the color and highlights look like a skunk. The highlights are very chunky at the front of my hairline and it doesn't look natural at all. I was told by the salon manager a refund cannot be given because the stylists are independent. Why would I want someone who butchered my hair to fix it? I think messing it up once is enough. Save your money and go somewhere else. I am now going to have to spend money (again) to pay someone else to fix this. This was my first time at the salon and I will not be back. read more

Salon is very pretty and decorated nicely. I really liked the girls working there and somewhat satisfied with their prices- that is until today. Went in for a partial foil and thankfully was warned they had a pretty hefty price increase before she started doing anything- Enough to get up and leave. I felt so bad for my stylist, as she just lost money and a client without any fault of her own. I called other salons in the area and low and behold, they were priced about what the competition was. I guess I was aggravated that they didn't tell me this prior to my visit- I even talked to the receptionist before coming in and she never mentioned a thing. They are a newer salon without an established clientele base- probably not the best time to hike your prices. read more

I recently purchased a Groupon for a massage on a whim. I was experiencing a lot of neck and back pain. To the point where I wasn't sleeping well and standing up straight for a long time was painful so I figured don't have much to lose how about a massage! I I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage from James and let me tell you it was AMAZING! First off the atmosphere at tranquility spa is much nicer than other places I've visited in the area. It is extremely clean and well kept. The rooms where massages take place are really nice, the table was comfortable, overall it was relaxing from the get go. He was professional and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time I was there. He took the time to ask what I hoped to get from the massage and made sure that if I seemed uncomfortable to find out why. I didn't realize how sore I really was until I got in there ! I left feeling pretty exhausted, I started getting sore that night and the next day I was pretty tender but today I'm feeling great . Two nights of solid sleep in a row and I can actually sit up straight. Can't wait to go back. Would definitely recommend visiting James to anyone that is on the fence about this place .
