There have been two issues since the company sold: 1. I called ahead to confirm pricing for a service. I arrived and saw the same price on the laminated pricing sheet. When I checked out, they charged me a higher price and said the sheet was wrong. They would not honor the posted price. If you go now, the price has whiteout over it and hand written the new price. 2. I got a manicure and went back same day because the polish was chipping. They told me it was my fault. Two employees started speaking between themselves so I couldn't understand. I used to love this spot. But the customer service is just terrible now. There are a lot of local nail salons with better service and make the customer feel valued.

I made a reservation online that was quickly accepted, and received a reminder text the day before to confirm my appt. Thanh answered the door when I arrived and was so kind and sweet. She discussed what I was looking for and did an amazing job prepping my old luminary nails to be replaced. She was meticulous and made sure to trim my cuticles and get the perfect nail shape. The color we selected (for the Minnesota Vikings purple to honor my dad) was perfect. I can't recommend Thanh enough. Her services are great and at a wonderful price. The space was warm and welcoming and I had a place to prop my phone and set my drink throughout the service. Will 100% be returning when I visit Dayton again in the future.

Sheena is the owner and the sole nail tech, she does a phenomenal pedicure. Being from the NYC area I still have sticker shock at the cost for a pedi or mani in 'these here parts' (almost double) but she definitely gives your money's worth - along with just the right amount of friendly banter if you feel like chatting. I get my hair cut here too. My first regular stylist departed for other opportunities but now I have Ashley and very happy with her. She takes time to understand how you want it and you will leave fresh and happy. You definitely want to make appointments well in advance.
