I always have such a great experience at Nails on Brown. Scheduling is super easy and the ladies who work the front desk are always so helpful. They have a huge selection of gel polish and their nail artists know what's up! Grace never lets me down. Seriously the only place I'll ever get my nails done! read more

I love going here for my mani, pedis . The service is top tier, Carolina is my advanced nail technician, she does excellent work. Kelly the owner is great as well, friendly and professional in how she has managed to make this salon a wonderful place to go for your self-care. read more

Excellent service from start to finish! The staff is always friendly and professional, and the salon has a great atmosphere. Faith is my nail tech, and she never disappoints. She consistently does beautiful work, and I always leave happy. Highly recommend! read more

Third visit to Nails on Brown. I had a gel manicure and a renewal pedicure with no polish. The nail polish went on very gloppy, looking like it was an old and thick. Additionally, the nail tech kept looking at her phone and complaining that the day was going slowly. Usually a gel manicure last three weeks. This one started chipping within the first week. The pedicure was ok, but the massage was left off my feet. My legs were weakly gone over with the stones...would not qualify as massage. My first two visits to this salon for manicures were great. After this third time, I'm finding a new nail salon that treats me as a valued client. read more

I always love coming to get my nails done here. Every nail tech (I've had services with 4-5 different techs) is so kind and tries their best to make your vision for your nails come to life, whether it's a plain color in your head or an intricate design full of artwork. read more

Love it here! Always good vibes from the girls and the quality of work my girl Carla does in amazing. I drive 25 min to get my nails done here and won't go anywhere else. The CBD pedi is awesome too but I generally get builder gel refills. The girls book out quick so you have to be smart about booking online a few weeks in advance especially if you want someone in particular! read more

Great nails techs and salon. Everyone working was very helpful and knowledgeable and overall the salon had a very welcoming energy.

I had a manicure with Faith. She did a beautiful job! Very clean salon! Everyone working was wonderful! Great vibe at Nails on Brown!

Appointment did not start on time. Also, the tech that worked on my nails was unprofessional.

Sydnie did an incredible job on my nails! I came in because a different salon completely ruined my nails and I needed them redone. I didn't realize a gel removal had to be booked in addition to your manicure of choice, but everyone was very accommodating and helped me to choose a service that would still fit within my appointment time. My nails look and feel so much better. Definitely recommend and will be back! read more

Mani - the artists were so personable and kind but unfortunately these were my nails a couple days after my gels were done. The salon was clean and everyone was so kind just unfortunately not worth paying over 50$ for three days worth of nails. read more

Love the result but last two times I have been here I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time and nobody mentioned anything or say they were sorry for the inconvenience etc. Also it's impossible to get an appointment when I need one. read more

Very cute place with nice staff. I found this place after searching yelp like I always do and hoped for the best. I arrived for my scheduled pedicure appointment and was immediately seated after using the hand sanitizer outside the doors and then washing my hands. The place looks very clean and I would go back. I just wish the pedicure was a tad bit better because I still have dry skin that wasn't taken off around my toes and maybe another coat would of worked so that it popped more. Another good thing is that I was able to park right out front even though there isn't much parking outside, I got lucky. Staff: A- Pedicure: B- Overall rating: B read more

I used the online booking on their website and selected builder gel which is what I had on my nails. They must have overbooked because when I arrived I was told that I chose the wrong service because a refill was a separate service they provided but I thought surely they would be able to help me. I apologized for my mistake but they told me that they didn't have time for a refill. When I inquired about rescheduling they didn't have availability for the rest of the day. Then they proceeded to charge me a late cancellation fee which was immediately charged to my credit card through the online booking. I communicated I had no intention of cancelling my service and but the longer I talked with them about rescheduling, the entire salon started gawking at me and whispering. This was extremely unprofessional and made me feel very unwelcome. read more

Loved this salon the first time I went, but then they cancelled the day of my homecoming. There was an emergency which I understand but they cancelled less than an hour before my appointment which was very upsetting and unprofessional. read more

Easy to make appointments, parking behind and street parking were easy and the vibe of the salon is cute and clean! Marissa did an awesome job with my basic dazzle dry manicure! Fast, friendly and great attention to detail. Highly recommend Nails on Brown! read more

I recently moved and decided to go somewhere close this happened to be 5 minutes away. I wanted just a simple gel mani. I haven't had my nails done in a year and a half mostly due to acrylics destroying my nails and just bad experience with my past nail tech. I will definitely be going back I had a great experience. Kelly was my nail tech, she was really attentive, very gentle and seemed to genuinely care about my nails and the experience of it all! Highly recommend this place and Kelly, a super great nail technician! read more

We came here in search of a salon that does not do acrylics because of the smell. This place is it! The chairs were super comfy, staff friendly and helpful and no harsh chemical smells!!!! My 2.5 year old got her toes painted and I truly could not have imagined a better experience for her and myself. Carla and Gigi were so patient and gentle. We will certainly be returning! read more

I understand that removal of gel polish at this salon involves sanding off the gel instead of the typical chemical removal process. I didn't understand that going in- I didn't read the website well. I don't necessarily like chemicals but my nails are worse off now than they were before. the technician sanded right into my natural nail with the drill. the technician kept going after I asked her to switch from drill to file, then when she did switch to file she went into natural nail anyway. I didn't see the damage until I pulled my hand away and complained. they told me that's how it's done so I guess it's either damage by chemicals stripping it off or damage by sanding it off. Plus they were rude to me read more

I've been to nails on brown twice now. Both times i was blown away by the gel mani! Both my techs were kind and fun to talk to and both delivered incredible results. I don't have a picture of my first appointment. I wish I did!! It was immaculate! (I believe it was Ashley). Today I saw Lauren and I'm so blown away with how perfect this manicure is. My cuticles are so perfect and smooth. So happy!! definitely my fave nail spot! read more

I love this place. It is so relaxing and they do a great job. It doesn't smell toxic like a lot of nail salons either.

Unfortunately we will not be back. In my opinion your make an appointment and when you come in for service they act like you are a burden. Holly did my daughters nails. She was exceptionally rude. She had my daughter bleeding. Not a good experience for us. The nail polish is not smooth our nails are bumpy. The price was high compared to other nail places considering what we received. Very disappointed. read more

In my opinion.. this place does a terrible job. The staff are rude, and it's obvious they would rather being doing anything but your nails. I received gel polish and not even 3 days after I had them done I already had 3 nails that were chipped. (These were supposed to be nails for my vacation too). Unfortunately the polish is not smooth and has little bubbles and bumps through it. As well as my nails not being cut straight. I also had a normal pedicure, and it looks so bad the way they were painted, and my nails are super sharp. I'm was extremely disappointed considering that I went to nail spa to have my nails painted professionally and received these results, especially considering their prices are so much higher than everyone else's in the surrounding area. Don't waist your time going here!! read more

Very clean salon with so many great color and nail art options. Alyssa was so precise and attentive to detail. She did an amazing job with my essential gel mani and pedi. She was very friendly and was sure to ask how I wanted things done and if I was liking everything throughout the process. I definitely recommend Nails on Brown, and I cannot wait to go back. read more

I had a pedicure. The manicurist was very nice and attentive. I had the calm pedicure. It's $72.

Seems super pricey compared to other local salons. I work at UD, so this was a close option for me! I had Erin ( I believe?!) she is a central state student while quiet, she was really very nice and had a great vibe about her! However, another nail tech in the salon never stopped talking. Ever. About her cravings for Taco Bell and how rude other guests in the salon have been. She was even commenting on how tiny the diamonds in women's wedding rings were?! She repeatedly talked about her tattoos and how nice she is, while also saying "no one should mess with her" This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable (and judged!) it is not a salon experience when someone is yapping rudely non stop for 2 hours. While Erin did an awesome job- based on price and the rude Chatty Cathy, I won't be a return customer. read more

Staff is very friendly, salon is very clean. The salon itself is very low tech, no massage chairs or even pedi basins. I got a full set and pedi and i was there for 3 hours. The prices are very fair, but I had 2 nails fall off only 2 days after the service. Very disappointed... read more

Over priced for the service I received. Nails look grown out 10 min after getting them done. Did not fix hang nail issues even though I asked them to. Very unhappy with the paint job they did, the polish bubbled. Will not come back and do not recommend. read more

I was impressed with the precautions in place when I went for my mani/pedi! Safety was a clearly demonstrated priority, and the lack of harsh chemicals meant I left without the headache that usually accompanies a visit to the nail salon. Thanks for my first gel manicure Chelsea, had a fantastic experience! read more

This was a terrible experience for me. I paid for just the gel polish and it was very expensive. At other places, I am able to receive better quality service and receive a gel manicure for the price I paid at this business. In addition, my nails were very uneven and chipped within two days of getting my nails done. I am one who is very careful with my nails and take caution to make my nails last as long as possible and this was very disappointing. Once my nails started to chip the rest of the polish peeled right off as well. When I contacted the business they never responded to my email. I do not recommend this nail place at all and I would look elsewhere. read more
