I made a reservation online that was quickly accepted, and received a reminder text the day before to confirm my appt. Thanh answered the door when I arrived and was so kind and sweet. She discussed what I was looking for and did an amazing job prepping my old luminary nails to be replaced. She was meticulous and made sure to trim my cuticles and get the perfect nail shape. The color we selected (for the Minnesota Vikings purple to honor my dad) was perfect. I can't recommend Thanh enough. Her services are great and at a wonderful price. When we walked in the shop was very clean and professional. Service was quick - I forgot to ask the woman's name - but she was very professional, did all she could to make sure my granddaughter was comfortable. Sadly my granddaughter freaked out a bit, but the woman was patient and amazing. She talked my granddaughter through the piercing, and I am extremely happy with how things went.
