He also was unable to do the design that we requested, but tried anyways and it turned out like this (see labeled pictures below). Needless to say we were very dissatisfied and will never be going back. He was very rude when asking her to do things. He didn't ask her, he just ordered her. "Show me the picture of the design" "Go wash your hands now" "stop moving your hands". Nail spa service is a luxury and is supposed to be fun, this nail tech took all that away. At the end when I went to pay, he had the audacity to smile and asked me for a tip. Of course I declined (never ask for a tip, if you did a good job and earned a tip, I will give you one). He then seemed angry/upset when I said no to a tip. He made a face and said "Oh! Ok." As if he was mad that I didn't tip him for the very poor job he did. A service business like this who is rude to their customers and cannot follow instructions will not be open much longer...regardless of how long they have been in business.
