Every time I go in, they change the price. When I walk up to the reception desk, I showed them my nails they see that they're long and they give me a price at the receptionist desk, but when the nail tech sees them, she wants to up charge me 10 to 15 more dollars. If you give a person a price when you walk in that's the price it should be when you sit down and they finish not changing the price in between. I love my nail tech, but I don't like the way that they changed the price on you. read more

Normally have good experiences here- but I don't appreciate being gas lit for what happened. Family came in, all 4 got pedicure - granny, mom, son and daughter. Daughter is 3 and hers was $12. When they got home daughters nail polish was all over her toes. Looks like shit. I called and complained and they first told me that were not charged for daughters nail polish - then I pushed back with the receipt $138 and added all the charges up. Then was told that they would fix it if we drove all the way back - but would not refund the $12 charge. Seems like an easy way to lose repeat customers who regularly spend a hundred or so every month. I guess we won't be coming back - words to management would be to change policy or allow polish to dry before sending kids off. It's not a great look. read more

Terrible experience with dip nails, less than 24 hours after one popped off completely and my other was loose. Went up and my same tech was there, she barely said a word to me. I told her my left thumb was also starting to come loose - she didn't do it over just smoothed it and added a top coat. Less than two hours after leaving it popped off - $50 for something that doesn't last two days and zero customer service. Also I only treat myself everyone once in awhile and do a mani w my pedi but it looks to me like she didn't do enough dip as the nail already looks grown out. So I've gone to this salon twice. As for the the first experience: walked in, seated for dip powder on natural nails to grow them out. Christina did a good job. Efficient and well done. Second time had (I think) Don for mani and pedi. 10/10 would NOT recommend. My grown out nails, he filed WAY down completely defeating what I was trying to accomplish. The material is all gunked up under my nails (which drives me nuts) and my fingers are so dry and cracked looking. Only will go to Christina again for another try. Artists like Don are why I only get my nails done but maybe once or twice a year. Not worth the ridiculous prices when they look and/or feel awful. read more

I called for a same-day appointment for my daughter and I to get pedicures. We were greeted by the staff, signed in, filled out our service request form, our polish colors, and were immediately shown to our pedicure station chairs. We were offered a complimentary beverage. They have alcohol for those over 21, but we both chose a can of Coca Cola which was wonderfully chilled. The ladies who did our pedicures were nice, seemed to get along well, and chatted with both me and my daughter. No irritable/snobby vibes here! The service was on-par with other places I've had pedicures done and the price was also standard and reasonable. I will definitely be going back to this location. read more

My nails took around two hours to be done. There was no weight which is nice, but when you are in that salon for almost 2 hours, it makes you very anxious. Nail tech was very nice but my nails don't look great. He cut my cuticle, then proceeded to spray rubbing alcohol on it and put nail polish over it. French tip dip is around $55 at that store but my price ended up being 70+ dollars. Great store and great atmosphere, but would not recommend if you are in a time crunch. read more

Overall, my experience was not enjoyable and I will not be back. When the appointment was made they said to make sure we were on time for the appointment. Our appointment was at 6:30, we weren't seen until 7:30. I asked for ombre nails and they look all one color. The guy filed my nails so much I have multiple cuts on my cuticles. 8/10 fingers have cuts on them. I would have said something about them fixing my nails but my nails took almost 1.5 hours to do and I just wanted to leave. So, I paid 70 dollars for wounds and paper thin nails. read more

On my opinion I'm so very disappointed with my appointment here. I asked for a design and asked if they could do it before they started touching my nails, because those were the nails I wanted. They were all red with a small flame on the ring finger. They told me they could do it no problem. Well, they get to the design and say they can't do it, they only do flowers, after I was told it was possible to do. They lied to get me in. Not to mention I had to pay $50 for nails that I DID NOT like and did not ask for. SO disappointed. Don't waist your money or time. Update: they acted like it would be free to fix them and so I let them fix them... I was wrong THEY CHARGED ME TO FIX THE NAILS THEY MESSED UP!!! After talking to others they say that this place did the exact same thing to them. It's such a scam to get money from you. read more

I recently had an extraordinary experience at Classy Nails & Spa. I flew from California to visit my 90 year old Aunt who has been in a nursing home the past few years from sudden onset dementia. After a lunch we stopped because she wanted her nails polished. After wheeling her in, I explained the situation to who I later found out was the owner, Victor. He stopped what he was doing and we lifted her into the pedicure chair and my Aunt was happier than I have seen her in years. Victor was incredibly patient, sweet and did not stop smiling even through some inappropriate comments. When it came to her fingers, things didn't go as smoothly as she kept forgetting to hold still. He redid her nails FOURTEEN times speaking sweetly and calmly while my daughter held her hands under the light. It took him two plus hours what would have been a 40 minute project for anyone else. My Aunt was beaming as she left with bright pink sparking toes and pink fingers. I returned to California and on our daily calls all she talked about is how happy she was with her glittery toes and perfect fingers. A week later she took a horrible fall at the nursing home and died as a result. We decided that she would not want shoes on to go to heaven as she would stand out with her pink glittery toes. I am not an avid Yelper but this experience warranted a review. I arrived at 2:30 for a 2:35 appointment for just a manicure. Finally was seen at 3:10 and tasked with removing my own polish. A nail tech got to me at 3:40 and proceeded with the sloppiest manicure I've ever had. I asked her not to cut my nails but she trimmed two anyway, before filing them all crookedly and oval when I asked for square. Some got one coat, some three. She argued with me when I pointed it out. No moisturizer either, which was especially disappointing since she used acetone as a cuticle soak and dried out my skin terribly. I also did not receive the "complimentary" beverage I requested which is included in their prices. I couldn't bring myself to complain, because she repeatedly shared that her "boss" was mad at her and she shook like a leaf when he walked by. I ended up walking out after over 2 hours because I couldn't watch the circus anymore. read more

I always get a good French manicure here. Kay is my go to person. A very clean and well appointed salon.

I called ahead to see how busy the salon was assuming that it would be packed for Valentine's Day, they had an opening within 30 minutes for me. I got a polish gel change on toes and dip plus design on fingers. I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with how it turned out. Nancy was an absolute gem, she was very nice and extremely thorough with my services. You do you need to bring cash to tip, so prepare for that before you get there. They don't honor them, my nail tech is always with another customer during my appointment times. they aren't the cleanest either, as someone in the beauty industry, I know state board rules are not being met. But I was sadly very very disappointed in my experience here. It took them 2 hours to simply put SNS on my real nails - nothing more. The lady I had kept messing up my nails on her own, to the point that other employees were having to come and fix her mistake. Sadly, that cycle repeated itself 3 times with the girl messing up and someone else coming in to fix it. I did not have a good experience at this salon. I wish I knew which technicians were the most popular instead of picking any technician while booking my appointment. I had gel on going into the appointment which took a very long time to remove and was painful/uncomfortable. I did not receive real manicure care and the gel was sloppily done. I was not told to wash my hands before the gel even though I had dust from removing my past gel all over my hands. I had the gel polish on multiple areas of my skin surrounding my nails, and my nails were filed after the gel was done which ruined the sealed edges of my nails the gel just made. Also, I did not find this place to be sanitary. My technician only had one glove on, the tables were dusty and I wish there was a paper towel to place my hand in rather than right on the granite countertops. Huge and pretty salon. Went to use a gift card I received on a Monday evening. By Wednesday morning 1 of my shellac nails was completing peeling off (less than 48 hours) after getting them done. Went in and got it fixed. By Friday I had 2 other shellac nails completely coming off with very minimal wear on them (we were on vacation) and multiple others chipping. So from Monday night to Friday night I had 50% of my nails ruined, after paying approx $45 for them. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Typically I get a good 10 days minimum before I notice ANY chipping/peeling from other salons I've been too. Idk if it was my nail tech or bad polish but it doesn't matter when I'm paying that much for a gel mani. read more
