I called the first phone number of the employees/owners list. She said the other employee/owner is doing the spray tan to try to call her. At the same time another business owner in the same office building was leaving so I was finally able to get inside. I go to the floor Luster Tan is on and find their door is locked/all the lights are out. I was very confused. I try call the other employee, who was going to perform the tan, and it went straight to voicemail. I know I had my appointment time and location correct based on confirmation email I received the day before my appointment. See picture. It's very annoying I booked this appointment a month in advance and received two confirmation emails then no one there. And no one tried to reach out to me, even after I called. Maybe you actually do good work but I will never know. I know I will not "try" to use this company again.

This is a full-service salon - featuring expertise for hair, skin, massage, and nails. I absolutely love pedicures and have found my new spot. The menu is very detailed and well defined from a price and feature standpoint. I chose the "Deluxe" pedicure because I knew I wanted some skin care - which included a sugar scrub and a lotion massage. Delightful is all I can think of to describe the experience. The "Spa" pedicure also includes a mask treatment - which probably takes an additional 10 minutes or so; but would be a nice level of additional pampering if you want to indulge. They also have an "Express" which I would consider using for a polish change in between the other choices - which would be quicker and less expensive. No matter which pedicure chosen, you enjoy the best massage chair I have ever experienced. I believe they have 2 nail technicians and they are both very nice and quite talented. My appointment was with Mallory and she worked wonders - my toes have never looked better! They also refused to prorate or refund any portion of my payment. According to the employee I spoke with, the owner has a blanket policy of not issuing refunds under any circumstances. The owner was not very polite either while on the phone. I wasn't informed of the price increase until two weeks after my payment had been taken. After initially denying me access to services I had already paid for, the owner's "resolution" was to allow me to use the service just one final time on Monday (7/14). I understand that prices can increase, but blindsiding clients and taking their money without proper notice or options is completely unacceptable. After being a loyal client for three years, I unfortunately can no longer recommend this business.

I looked up tip and shaved and exfoliated before arriving and did not put any products on my skin. The girl at the desk was very helpful and explained the differences in the spray tans. With her help I decided to get a tan that shows instantly and added moisturizer. She then walked me to the back and explained the process to me. They have barrier cream to put on hands and feet. I wish I would have used a but more but it was fine. There is a hair net to cover your hair but don't let it sit on your forehead. Last, there are sticky pads for the bottom of your feet. Once you get in you stand as directed and push the button. It's over in a matter of 2 minutes and you step out dry. She was not kidding when she said instant! I was immediately tan and it looked great! There was no orangey tone it was very natural. When I got home my fiancé said I looked thinner but he couldn't figure out why. . Now I feel like I have to come back every month!

Made another appt for her winter dance and also booked with Asia as that was the only option. This time her spray tan was not good. Her hands, arms and face/neck were two toned where Asia missed spraying her. I called to complain and spoke directly with Asia and was met with excuses like "Maybe she sweat or had lotion on or rinsed too early."
