Advised girl shorted $5 and she said manager would have to go through a process to get me my money. Like it's a contest. I said I was short of $5 you're not going to help me and he said no. Being upset I strongly suggest it that they train employees to count back change to customers. With the exception of ordering some candles, I wasn't going very much. The past several years have really bought me back. With my kiddos loving to have fragrances of their own- it was the first place I thought of. I've discovered how much they've changed in scent profiles and adding some really great skin care. The men's line is great and they have way more complex scents rather than just all cloyingly sweet ones. Those still exist- but there are plenty of others. The VOA and Liberty store are very well laid out, have a lot to choose from and have very very nice employees. Happy to love such a familiar favorite again.

My results could not be any better! I laugh now because looking back, pre-surgery, I was so afraid of altering my body and never being able to "go back" if it didn't turn out for the better, but it's honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made. I don't know why people would say it's a money-hungry office because it really is great work, great service, and great pre-surgery and post follow-up monitoring/discussions (you wouldn't trust or want a medical procedure from a place called Clearance Surgery would you?). I believe that you get what you pay for, and he's not just a cosmetic specialist who performs procedures only half-knowing what he's doing, he's a real MD, which not many cosmetic specialists can say. The staff is personable, gets to know you, and always makes sure you're informed and feel good about any questions or concerns you may have -- they're not people who just try to talk you into something. They are there on the phone or in-person pre- and post-surgery whenever you have the smallest or biggest of questions. Dr. Mandell-Brown met with me multiple times before the actual surgery discussing what would be the best, most healthy, and "natural" choice for my body type and what I was looking for. He even gives you "homework" so you know what you're going through and so he knows what you're looking to achieve -- by the time surgery day arrives, he knows what's right for you and what you're comfortable with and you both have the same vision. The post-surgery service is beyond great. He saw me the next day, following weeks, and every few months after my surgery to keep tabs on and monitor the work. What was really nice was that he and the assistants present on surgery day call you in the morning, afternoon, and night in the days following the surgery to check in on you and see how you're doing. I just had my one year appointment yesterday and he was just as helpful and informative as the day I walked in, and they scheduled another appointment for the future to continue that monitoring. I would recommend Dr. Mandell-Brown to anyone looking for a quality, natural-looking procedure. He really is the best!
