Cindy met my fiancé first as I was running behind and then locked myself out of my house and car. Cindy was so patient and helpful to my fiancé the entire time. When I arrived they had options ready to go and she didn't make me feel rushed not one minute. The owner even came out and had a quick and kind exchange with us. We ended up getting the exact ring we came for and then were able to ask Taylor about designing a ring. Taylor was another knowledgeable and skilled employee who wrote down some quick sketches and promised an email before the holiday. We left excited, accomplished and confident in their ability to design our perfect ring. Less than 24 hours later we had designs emailed to us that were all so gorgeous and had the elements we wanted! First ring was resized same day as well talk about efficient! They offer to order different band to replace with the face I want with one extra charge. I got 3 watches in the end Anyway, this time I went in for a watch battery replacement. I was greeted and helped quickly. Not only the employees was nice, they also have 2 cute pup that very sweet also. The older/bigger one is Chewy, the younger/smaller one is Andrew. Chewy is very sweet and gentle, Andrew is a bit more aggressive for love/attention I had fun with them for a good 10 minutes while being help. I did look at the jewelry and they do have a lot of pretty pieces. I wasn't comfortable taking picture of the jewelry/store but I sure did take some vid the dog interaction.
