Did not count change back to me just piled it in my hand. Turn to walk away and thought I should count my change. Advised girl shorted $5 and she said manager would have to go through a process to get me my money. Nathan appears irritated and disheveled not looking like an employee at all, tells me he reviewed the tape and she counted it twice so they were going to go with her. Go with her? Like it's a contest. I said I was short of $5 you're not going to help me and he said no. Being upset I strongly suggest it that they train employees to count back change to customers. He was insulted by that comment. No possibility that Nathan is a manager and I'm hoping that the manager that I've seen there before with the name David or maybe Donald reads this review. Was not happy when Nathan made a comment alluding to he didn't know what I did with the $5 when I turned away. Maybe some customer service training and how to count change back training would be a good idea at this location. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, and will live without the $5. But Nathan, do better. Try to show some professionalism in the workplace. Side note. Girl behind counter was professional and handled the situation nicely. No complaints about her other than the error.

So if you've been to Bath & Body Works, you already know what this is but let me just say that I…read morehave really enjoyed the superior customer service. The ladies there were very nice and super friendly and we had some good time debating some candles when it came to different fragrances lol. I actually came in because I saw the sale was there so I had to jump on that and got a couple of candles because I have a very slight candle addiction around the house. Overall it was pretty basic as far as the experience but they made it very pleasant. I have zero complaints about that. Hopefully you see this and catch this next time there's a sale .

With the exception of ordering some candles, I wasn't going very much. The past several years have really bought me back. With my kiddos loving to have fragrances of their own- it was the first place I thought of. I've discovered how much they've changed in scent profiles and adding some really great skin care. The men's line is great and they have way more complex scents rather than just all cloyingly sweet ones. Those still exist- but there are plenty of others. The VOA and Liberty store are very well laid out, have a lot to choose from and have very very nice employees. Happy to love such a familiar favorite again.

After my first visit to Godiva, I went and visited a handful of other Medspas, but always find myself coming back here. Everyone you will interact with is overly kind and has your best interest at heart. All of the services I've received from Godiva have been at the hands of Beth, the NP, who offers appointment times only on Tuesdays (I think). Even though I don't see her that often, she treats me as if I'm the only patient that matters and is so genuine in our conversations. Beth answers all of my questions, gives me her professional opinion on the best services for my skin, and makes me feel so comfortable while sitting in her chair. I couldn't ask for a better team of professionals to handle all of my cosmetic procedures. Choose Godiva & Company - you won't be disappointed!

After years of considering breast augmentation and research, weighing the pros and cons of which…read morestyle procedure would be best for me and who would be the best doctor to perform the surgery (ie: trustworthy, quality of work, etc.), I am beyond happy I chose Dr. Mandell-Brown. My results could not be any better! I laugh now because looking back, pre-surgery, I was so afraid of altering my body and never being able to "go back" if it didn't turn out for the better, but it's honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made. I don't know why people would say it's a money-hungry office because it really is great work, great service, and great pre-surgery and post follow-up monitoring/discussions (you wouldn't trust or want a medical procedure from a place called Clearance Surgery would you?). I believe that you get what you pay for, and he's not just a cosmetic specialist who performs procedures only half-knowing what he's doing, he's a real MD, which not many cosmetic specialists can say. The staff is personable, gets to know you, and always makes sure you're informed and feel good about any questions or concerns you may have -- they're not people who just try to talk you into something. They are there on the phone or in-person pre- and post-surgery whenever you have the smallest or biggest of questions. Dr. Mandell-Brown met with me multiple times before the actual surgery discussing what would be the best, most healthy, and "natural" choice for my body type and what I was looking for. He even gives you "homework" so you know what you're going through and so he knows what you're looking to achieve -- by the time surgery day arrives, he knows what's right for you and what you're comfortable with and you both have the same vision. The post-surgery service is beyond great. He saw me the next day, following weeks, and every few months after my surgery to keep tabs on and monitor the work. What was really nice was that he and the assistants present on surgery day call you in the morning, afternoon, and night in the days following the surgery to check in on you and see how you're doing. I just had my one year appointment yesterday and he was just as helpful and informative as the day I walked in, and they scheduled another appointment for the future to continue that monitoring. I would recommend Dr. Mandell-Brown to anyone looking for a quality, natural-looking procedure. He really is the best!
