Great salon experience from beginning to end! I made an appointment online from their website for…read morehighlights. Upon arrival in store, I was greeted promptly and given a bottle of water by the owner. Afterwards, my stylist, Kiarra, took great care of me and did a wonderful job on the highlights in my hair! The color was matched perfectly to the reference pic I showed her. She was super gentle and detailed throughout all stages. Also, since I'm a perfectionist she helped me with some touch ups and was very thorough in helping catch any places that needed additional fixing. I love that she was super empathetic and understanding about getting every single hair detail just right until I was satisfied (I've definitely noticed other stylists in the past seeming annoyed about fixing up and redoing an area)! They were also able to accommodate me after work same day and gave me some recommendations on products and extensions! Really loved coming here! The staff are wonderful and welcoming, but definitely shout out to Kiarra for her awesome service and passion!

Then two weeks later I call you guys and tell you I might be 10 to 15 minutes late due to a car crash on the highway and you immediately told me to reschedule. You don't even try to accommodate me in anyway so keep lying keep talking lies. That's a damn shame. So I'm so sorry you guys think "hell" is such a bad word. I called today at noon in hopes of getting an appointment for a blow dry and was surprised to get an appointment at 1:00pm with Marci. I walked in at two minutes 'til and Marci got me right in. Shane started with a consultation, asking what I was looking for and his thoughts on what might fit my lifestyle best. After shampooing/conditioning my hair, making the cut, and styling it, my hair was nearly 6 inches shorter, now resting neatly at my shoulders. Even though I walked in unsure of what I wanted, Shane was able to make my hair look incredible in under an hour while making good conversation. Upon leaving, I received a "goody bag" of business cards, a pen, magnet, and even a 20% off coupon for my next visit! It seemed that the girl who did my manicure never learned how to do it in a proper way. Instead of preparing my nails and cuticles for a gel color , she right away applied gel on my nails which was very unprofessional. Of course I didn't not like the result of this "manicure" , because the gel color was all over my skin and it had air bubbles under the gel. When I asked her to fix it, she gave me a look (like "what do you want from me??!" ) I ended up going to CVS pharmacy, where I had to buy gel nail polish remover.
