I've been here 3-4 times for pedicures and have only had great experiences. My favorite nail tech is Kay. She does a phenomenal job and if the massage is your favorite part she is AMAZING. I only get regular polish on my toes and they always look perfect and last long when she does them. I will say that other reviewers are correct, if you are making a reservation give yourself some padding so you won't be on a time crunch getting out of there. The last time I went I had a great experience with a male nail tech who did my pedicure; however, the other male nail tech who completed my manicure only complained to me. He had a horrible attitude and told me that I could do it all myself - that it was a waste of money for me to pay to get a manicure and regular polish. During this process he also complained to me about other client requests that he made sound problematic. read more

Went in for a simple manicure and ended up getting powder dipped polish. Love love love the job they did. My daughter got acrylics and they looked fabulous too. They were running about 45 mins behind. They did tell us when we got there. Not a big deal for me but I know that annoys some. Maybe call ahead and check. Staff is very friendly. Complimentary wine too!! Win win. The salon is beautiful and clean. They offer many services. I'm going back again soon, appt is booked. The owner rushed through my daughter's appointment so she could get to her higher paying customer. I was very annoyed and asked her not to rush my daughter's appointment. I asked her if it was an inconvenient to do a child's nails. She said no and continued to argue with me that she was doing a good job. Terrible experience. Heard a few good things about the place so I tried it out. The lady didn't listen to what I wanted, she cut my nails short (my nails were really long naturally) and then said if I wanted shaped it was an additional $10. Mind you, I already have NATURAL stiletto shaped nails. I had no choice at that moment but to agree to the service because she already cut the nail. And then on top of that her nail was sharp and cut me twice. And she was overly aggressive with the filing. Now I have really short almond shaped nails. She literally just did what she wanted. I have a friend who raved about this place but for some reason I was hesitant to try it. I'm sorry I waited so long. I went the day before Christmas Eve because it was close to my house and wasn't booked up. Everyone was really nice and the place was clean. I have gone back three times now. My gel manicures always last longer than 2 weeks without chipping. And I can usually nurse them to a full three weeks. I went to a different place last month and my gels were chipping and flaking off after one week! It's then that I decided I will only be going to Wynn for my nails. The leg and foot massages are great, and their pedicure chairs and top notch. You can book online which I really appreciate and their prices are amazing. So what originally was a good review for this place has unfortunately turned into a bad one and i will never be back. It was my day off and I made an appointment for a full set and had a picture in mind with a design and when i called i requested to put me with someone who could do this type of design and they said no problem and that this tech is would be great. I sit down with i think his name was Tim? I could be wrong about that. But it was atrocious to say the least. My nails looked awful, the shape was incorrect and i nicely tried to tell him that they weren't looking right and then towards the end he told me that this other female nail tech was going to finish the design and that she specializes in designs. I wasn't happy with the shape but i was still optimistic about the design and could deal with the shape being off. I sat down with her and idk if it was the lighting but i realized that the nails looked worse than i thought so i decided to express how i felt and i nicely told her these nails just weren't what i wanted and i just wanted them redone if possible. I was being nice as possible about the whole situation and felt awful even saying anything. She grabbed the owner for me and the owner said she personally wanted to take care of me and redo them for me to get the look i exactly wanted and i showed her the picture and she said she could do it no problem and that her daughter (the female I was put with after Tim) was her daughter and that she would be doing the design still i would just need to come back later that day. I was fine with it; i had no other plans and i wanted my nails to look good. I was scheduled to come back at 6 pm. While the time i was home even my boyfriend who knows nothing about nails was like "Those don't look good babe" and i was like i know i'm getting them redone and i still was optimistic about the situation. So long story short i get to the salon, the owner sits me down and is redoing my nails, i wanted a straight square shape and she made my nails look coffin which i didn't want but at that point i just cared about the design. So when she was done polishing and it was time for the design she informed me her daughter had left for the day and i wouldn't be getting the design that i was promised and she wouldn't even attempt and put me with anyone else. I proceeded to tell her i felt blind sided and played with having to come back twice and not getting what i wanted and she raised her voice at me, threw my hands violently in the dryer and walked up to the counter and told them to refund me (i had prepaid before i left the first time) so i did get my money back AT LEAST but i will never return. Everything is spotless clean and elegant. I really like getting my nails done by either Mia, Troy, or Mimi! All three nail techs are super professional, experienced, and friendly! I'm really picky when it comes to my nails especially when painted white but they do a fabulous job! I'm actually in CA, but went to OH to travel. I didn't like the spa pedicure. Gibi did it so quickly. She took lesser time than the lady who did regular Pedicure. I asked her to remove callus as it is a part of spa pedicure and she didn't !!! I didn't like the colour she did it for me. I asked her to get me the Similar colour I showed her in photo and she didn't didn't even help me to find that colour. I asked her to change it and she showed me attitude saying I don't have time!!!!! Very unprofessional. She asked other customers about water and coke but she never asked me! May be she was racist as she only asked white customers!! I am never coming back to this place and willl not recommend anyone! On the top of that, their colour selection cards are garbage. The colour that shows on the chart is different then what the colour actually looks. For example DD213 colour in real is way too dark than shown in chart. Plus the lady was nice who did my acrylic nails bht look at the shape of nails in photo, so ugly and out of shape... I wasted my 100$ and would recommend others To not to waste hard earned money. read more

Dress to impress or you will not receive service. I have visited this salon while carrying a $1,000 bag and I was a queen. I returned a couple weeks in sweats after a very long week. I sat in the pedicure chair for an hour without any acknowledgment. I tested my theory with two more visits. Same results. read more

I have been going to this salon since it opened and been somewhat satisfied with them. But today my daughter and I made an appointment with them for pedicures. We got there and signed in and they told us to sit. So we did sit for 15 minutes passed our appointment and the receptionist took us back and gave us a chair to sit in did not put water in the bowl so we could as least start soaking our feet. 45 minutes later still sitting in the chair waiting on someone to do our feet. This is now an hour past our appointment. So the girl that ran our water and told my daughter she would be doing her feet left and went up front and took a lady who had just came in the door and started on her nails again leaving us sit!!! I guess she was a better paying customer?? This was the worst service we have ever had. The 2 girls we finally got rushed us no lotion rub messed up my polish and didn't fix it. Paying 43.00 dollars for this rushed pedicure that we got is ridiculous there are other salons that care more than these people do so time to move on!!! To bad they have decided to treat people so badly I really liked it when I first started going there but they don't care anymore bad attitude and bad customer service!!!!!! I have came here quite a few times. Last time I went I had a 2:15 appointment and I didn't get called back until 3:15. The lady who did my nails however was very friendly and asked each step if I liked. I will be coming back, but I think you should notify your clients if you are running behind. read more

I was really excited to come here. It was my first time, the inside looked gorgeous and clean from the pictures. I made my appointment online. The receptionist was very friendly when I came in, but told me they were running behind, totally okay; things happen. I've been getting gel manicures for close to 10 years now. I know it takes about an hour/hour and a half if it's good. You want whomever is taking care of you to take their time and do well. This was the opposite of that. Even though they didn't pull me back until 15 minutes after my appointment, the manicure didn't even take an hour, it was 45 minutes tops. The nail filing was very painful. The tech didn't even ask me if I liked my color until she was completely done, a little too late right? I had sharp edges on 3 or 4 of my nails that I had to ask someone else to fix before I left because she didn't even ask me if I was satisfied. I'm going to have to go home and fix them myself, after paying $42 to have someone else do it. It's okay to be late, it's not okay to not take care of your clients. read more

Beautiful salon. Have been a few times before and each time was ok. Not bad but not the best. I live so close so I keep giving them a chance. Today I had a nice SNS experience and thought maybe the kinks of being new have been worked out. I tried Wynn Nail Spa for the first time last weeK. My tech was Mimi. She was very gentle with my nails because they have been over work by the last salon I use to go to. So disappointed in my 6th manicure here. I left landen nails because they cut my cuticles during the last 3 manicures I had done there. Today, at Wynn, my nails look like unshaped garbage, cuticles are bleeding and stinging on 4 different fingers, and when I was leaving and buckled my seatbelt, one of the nails smudged. That should not happen with SNS. The only one who has done an excellent job is Anne. Unfortunately my schedule didn't allow me to schedule an appointment with her. The man who did my gel nails did it so quickly and carelessly. Despite the fact that it lasted a long time, the nails just did not look good. He didn't shape them correctly, and there were hairs in my gel. He truly just did it as fast as he could to move the appointment along. Will not be coming back. read more
