My new favorite stop for eyebrow waxing!…read more I used to go to a national chain, but there was so much sales pressure and staff turnover. I decided I'd rather support a local small business -- and I'm so happy I tried RuBrows. Annie was so friendly and attentive. It felt like she was precise and through in her waxing, yet she still moved efficiently. It feels like a little hidden gem of salons, with all the beauty services -- lashes, microblading, manicure and pedicure and waxing. I'll be back!

Her many years of experience, licensing, and dedication to ongoing learning were impressive. And it was clear I was in good hands from the moment I arrived. Warm and kind, she was patient with ALL my first-timer's questions and nerves, and provided her expert recommendations when I asked. Shanequa's exceptional "bedside manner" and professionalism made me feel so well taken care of. And of course the results were PERFECT!! :-) Extra points for the vibe she has crafted in her space, and for the super-cushy treatment beds and pillows. :-) She sincerely wants everyone to feel beautiful -- and she succeeds.

I was so excited to find Eugenia not booked as I looked for someone to do last minute lashes on me…read more This was my first time with individual installation (typically I do clusters) and I was a little nervous for how dramatic they would be. Eugenia was really patient as my eyes watered more than the average client I'm sure. She was gentle and the process was so laidback that I fell asleep! I loved the finished product, not too overdone with a little flair. I followed the after care rules and 4 days in I haven't seen one lash out of place. I'll definitely be going back! Just an update, these lashes lasted for 5 full weeks before needing a fill in, they were excellent, I highly recommend Eugenia!
