The extensions were supposed to take 1 hour and 30 minutes so when she was done in less than 20 minutes that was my first clue! I paid $200 for lash extensions that were sparse and had little clumping balls of glue on them. I was told I could wear mascara as long as it was not waterproof so I thought I could try to make them look better. It made it absolutely worse. I completely followed their instructions on caring for the lashes. I left a message for the salon owner who did not call me back. I tried to get an appointment to have them removed and was told they were "booked." I was also told I couldn't speak to anyone to resolve the problem for approximately 3 weeks because the owner was "out of town."

They claimed that they did not have my phone number, even though we texted back and forth several times. I called to reschedule the massage but none of my phone calls were returned.
