After leaving several messages, I received a text back from either Emilie or Jenna. Apparently they work for a chiropractor and do the massage on the side are only in the Milford office one or two days per week. After several texts back and forth (no phone calls, oddly enough), I was able to make an appointment at their Milford office (as described in the Groupon coupon) several WEEKS out on Friday. I had a work meeting that day but I rescheduled it to keep the massage appointment. I showed up fifteen minutes early for my appointment as these planes typically have paperwork to be filled out. After fifteen minutes of being ignored, someone finally told me that my massage therapist wasn't coming in and was cancelling my appointment. They claimed that they did not have my phone number, even though we texted back and forth several times. I called to reschedule the massage but none of my phone calls were returned. What a big waste of time and a rip off! UPDATE: They still have not called me to reschedule, to apologize or to refund the money.
