She seemed to be the only one there and was efficient with customers coming and going. She talked me into getting a membership ( I didn't feel pressured). My tan looks amazing and I'm happy with the formula she picked for me and my skin tone. I was told to make my change by the 25th which is fine. However regardless of when you make the change, be it the 5th or the 23rd, you can no longer use your current package until the end of the payment period. This ridiculousness kept me trying to time things just right...which most of us rarely do...especially if you don't come that often. I have tried numerous over-the-counter sunless tanners as well as used salon spray tan machines and NOTHING looks as natural (as if it was really from the sun) as Nice-tan. Paying the small price premium is definitely worth not having to worry about an uneven, orange, greasy tan! I was then recommended for a brow tint and "laminate". It destroyed my otherwise healthy and thick eyebrows. I called to inform the owner and was told, "Pethaps the solution was left on too long". No solution or service recovery was offered. I don't do business with owners who don't mind their clients having a negative experience that takes months for nature to make whole.
