She was very attentive and listened to what I wanted, and offered suggestions when I asked for them. I had two goals: thin my hair out (it's very thick) and cut it shorter, and she did both. The stickers are okay but raised in areas and now the same artist is trying to do something different for my next set instead of what i want for Easter smh
