I can't believe I just got my first tattoo today! I was a little leery about this place at first but when I walked in I instantly knew I was in the hands of professionals. It was very clean inside which made me feel a lot better about my decision and The tattoo artists are so nice and answered all my questions about tattoos. They also help me to design me and my brother's personal tattoos. That was pretty cool! Tony did my brothers and Mike did mine. They were so funny and easy to talk to which helped make the time go by. I was so nervous and he walked me through every second of the process. I'm not a big fan of needles so I can't say that I will be back but I will definitely say that this experience was absolutely amazing and it definitely didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would be! I definitely recommend them to anybody in the city who wants an awesome tattoo. read more

I was given a recommendation for this shop and to work with Jason. I met with Jason and we discussed the custom tattoo I wanted. I provided Jason with some concepts. We then set up a date to get the tattoo, I paid a deposit and Jason said he would email me artwork and we would work together to finalize the tattoo. A week prior to my scheduled tattoo I reached out to Jason to see where the artwork was. He responded a couple of days before my scheduled tattoo by sending me two designs that looked like stock images. They did not appear to be custom and were not close to the deign that I had requested. I sent Jason feedback and I never heard from him again. On the morning of the day I was supposed to get the tattoo I contacted Jason again to cancel my appointment since we did not have agreed upon artwork. I asked Jason on when he wanted to reschedule. Jason did not respond again. A few days later I contacted Jason again asking for a refund of my deposit since he never completed the artwork, was unresponsive and caused me to delay getting the tattoo. He refused to refund my deposit. I would not recommend this shop of Jason. They are unresponsive and will not work with you to get you the tattoo you want. They are an unethical business who will take your money and not deliver. Do not trust them. read more

I originally went to one shot a year or so back to get some help with correcting a start to a chest piece that wasn't centered properly from a diff shop I went too. I seen Jason at One Shot and he helped me map out the start of a chest piece including things we could do to add to what was originally started and help fix any imperfections. He helped make my vision in my head come true and I could not of dreamed for a better piece. The artists and guys at the shop are attentive and listen to what you want and help make the vision come to life. They're always friendly, personable, and easy to work with. Awesome job done by Jason and his team. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone. 10/10 stars if I could rate that high! Had an appointment drove almost two hours to get there only to be told to 10 miles away that he was cancelling on me. Told me he typed out a message to send me the night before and didn't hit send but also didn't call or confirm I knew he was cancelling. He knew I was driving two hours for the tattoo. He does a good job but not worth wasting 4 hours of my time round trip for absolutely nothing. I have a business where people schedule appointments as well and I would never not call someone if I had to cancel the night before. Let alone not even make sure I actually sent a message. read more

My experience at One Shot was phenomenal. I drove past the building while out running other errands, and just had a good feeling about the place. So I came back the next day as a walk-in, and my hunch was more than right. The atmosphere is very welcoming and professional. The space is super clean, and everyone is friendly and informative -- which is not too out of the ordinary -- but they were also very conscientious. And that's what sold me. My artist really listened to what I wanted, and went out of his way to make sure I had the best possible design. He respected my opinion and taste, and yet did not hesitate to (gently) show me options I had not considered. He was not pushy and let me hop off the table after each stage so I could check things out in the (giant, ceiling-to-floor) mirror. This was my second and, if all goes as planned, LAST tattoo. But if I were to get any more, I would not even consider going anywhere else. Love, love, love One Shot! read more

Amazing experience, I had mike as my tattoo artist. He was very professional and assisted me in creating a unique image for a golden snitch. The line work looks amazing and shaded the color well. This is my second tattoo, I also got my first one here and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new tattoo. On a side note this place was very non threatening and clean. read more

Yes! Another awesome tattoo location! I got my tats done by Micheal, who is a really wonderful artist. He is great at taking your ideas and putting them on paper (and then on skin!) There is absolutely nothing I didn't like about my experience, and I would recommend it again to anyone who wants a kick-ass tattoo for exceptionally reasonable prices. Finally got my first tattoo at One Shot - my son gave me a gift certificate last Christmas and I finally used it. Took a while to figure out what I/we wanted. My sister and I got tattoos together. She was so concerned about the size as she did not want a large tattoo. Her design was pretty simple so they were able to size it to her satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of the tattoo. Mine had color and I loved the blues and purples and the way it is shaded. We will both definitely be back - we both have older tattoos that need some work and Jason came up with recommendations for both on the spot. Love this place. Very clean and very professional - the west side is lucky to have them located here. And having the tattooed pig in front makes them easy to find on Glenway. If you are looking for a great shop where you will be comfortable for your first tattoo (or even your next one) this is the place to be. read more

Oliver is so bad ass! He works fast and is honest. What I think may look good, he has seen go wrong billions of times and warns against it. His suggestions always please and amaze me. Fantastic! I had gone to One Shot on the recommendation of a coworker, and was not disappointed. The studio is very clean and well lit with flash designs everywhere. Olivier listened to what I wanted done and advised of possible problems and concerns he had, and made suggestions to change it a bit to make sure I had a great tattoo that would look just as good years down the road as it did the day it was done. this shop is my church. one shot is not an ego based tattoo shop which separates them from other shops. everybody there gets along and they will talk to you to get you a great looking tattoo. I've been to other shops but once I found one shot I have not been anywhere else. from the outside the shop actually looks like a tattoo shop and not an electronic store or a abandoned house. inside is clean and welcoming. be sure to check out the pig next to the door. read more

Very nice artists take their time and does very good tattoos. Price was reasonable for the time and art work. I don't think they could have done a better job. She was very detailed you could tell she did the work like something she would have on her own body. I would go there anytime for another tattoo. read more
