Designs that I got from them were all very typical, I always feel like I got ripped off every time I went there. (There was no other better option for me.) Therefore, I stopped going to nail salons for awhile, it was mainly because I tried to save some money and didn't want to spend those kind of money for something only look good but not great. Until I heard about Lin's nail shop, I saw those nail pictures that Lin posted on Wechat, I decided to give her a try. Lin definitely didn't disappoint me at all, the material that she used on my nails were all good quality stuffs and she also took her time to make sure everything comes out right. You can tell the staff takes pride in the upkeep of the nail spa as well. There's a bar inside and whomever makes the cocktails never disappoints. I also enjoy their variety of pedicure treatments they provide (seems like there's always something new to choose - I book my appointments there frequently). I highly recommend this location because the technicians are very well trained and fast! Lastly, the Nail spa is accessible which I do really like (no stairs and wide pathways to get to your seat from the door). I've taken my family to get pedicures there recently and two family members have wheelchairs and rollators and they were accommodated very well. For instance, when my mother had trouble getting to her seat, staff stopped what they were doing to actually help her to her seat. Also, when my brother couldn't hold his glass of complimentary wine, his nail tech actually stopped the pedicure, dried her hands, held his cup and straw for him so he could to take a few sips. I am satisfied with my nails most times, though I tip well regardless. Maybe that's something I should revisit. It doesn't feel appreciated. I say that b/c oftentimes the reception I have and observe others receive is that of which the customer feels she is interrupting or no one feels like doing your nails. They generally close at 7, but oftentimes you can arrive as early as 4:30 and be told they are full for the day. I guess they need more nail techs. Overall, nice people but I really need some improvement if I am going to continue to patronize this location.
