It's been 22 years since my first tattoo. I'm a much older adult and was mentally ready for my "grand" second tattoo. I wanted it to be reflective of my life's experiences and my future optimism. My artist was Brie. She was able to take my vision and translate it to its forever home. She accommodated me on a non-traditional work day. The facility is beautiful and clean. I felt the materials used were safe and the environment sanitary. I'm a needle watcher and she had no problems with me occasionally watching her while she worked. Bridget the typical piercer was not in, but Nick was extremely welcoming and educated. I know he is not typically there, but he did a great job at making me comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Nick had a great recommendation for jewelry as well as piercing placement. Nostril stud switched out which I haven't changed in years.. feels good to have something nicer in my nose. Customer service and quality of jewelry are worth the $ in my opinion. Bridget is AMAZING! My 9 yo niece got her ears pierced and I cannot say enough about the process. There was nothing scary, Bridget is trauma informed and does not believe in coercion or tricking children. She wants the kids to feel comfortable about making changes to their body. She makes them feel empowered. There is an assortment of piercings - you can spend $35 for some "silver balls" or you can spend more on 14K or 18K earrings. Bridget will allow you to hold up anything you may want to buy and she does not make you feel rushed. I got 2 additional piercings on each ear and they were done without any issue. kat was my tattoo artist. they made sure i was okay with the size and placement and had no problem reprinting when i wanted a different size. kat made it a point to make sure everything was perfect and the way i liked it before they started. the line work was done perfectly, and it has been healing great! they also have such a cute studio and played great music during the process. i will only come here for my future tattoos:) read more

Have you seen this place !? If not, don't worry because you can't see it from the road because it's hidden; like most good things are. You basically just go to Buffalo Wild Wings and travel the path behind the building until you see the sign showing the direction of the shop. This was my first experience getting a tattoo and I couldn't have had a better experience . I decided on what I wanted, sent the picture to their email and they set me up with one of their tattoo artists that does great work on non-color tattoos. They set me up with Kat and she explained the whole process, the pain level of the area where my tattoo would be, and explained the pricing. I had a great experience for my first time and the pricing is very fair. I am now on my third tattoo by the same artist and Intend on getting more. You can do all of your appointments online and you even have the ability to add it to your phone calendar. They are very responsive to phone calls, emails, and FB messenger. I got my septum pierced by Rissa at Every Body Tattoo in September of 2022 and the jewelry she put in, was not what she claimed it was, and it was too small of a circular barbell. She told me it was internally threaded titanium, but when it was taken out for a jewelry change, it was externally threaded and most likely not titanium based on weight, according to another well respected professional piercer (who also said implant grade titanium does not come in externally threaded). I confronted her about it via an instagram message and she said it didn't sound like her to do that and she blamed it on leftover jewelry from the previous piercer that she must have accidentally grabbed. That doesn't make sense to me because even I can tell the difference between externally threaded and internally threaded when the beads are off, a necessary step to putting jewelry in, that I hope any "professional" piercer would be able to recognize. The reason I didn't see that she put externally threaded in the original piercing is because she had my head tilted back during the piercing. This was my first piercing and I trusted her to be honest about what she was putting in my body. I also feel this is worth mentioning; Every Body Tattoo advertises themself as an inclusive and safe space for everyone. That is part of why I chose to get my first piercing done here. Rissa's Instagram also says she is an certified phlebotomist, which is another reason I chose to come here, as I have many medical issues, which I made her aware of. I had hoped her medical background would help her be more informed about how to best accommodate me and treat my body safely. She was, however very very nice during the piercing and made me feel very comfortable. I waited almost a year to post this as I was hoping I would eventually stop being upset, but that did not happen and I do not want other clients to have the same thing happen to them. Very uncomfortable interactions w/ staff at this place. I paid $20 for the piercer (Rissa) to take out some jewelry from my ear & from my lip because I no longer wanted it, which should be enough of a reason. She tried to coax me into just getting new jewelry so I wouldn't "lose" the piercings. At first I wasn't bothered because I understand businesses will try to upsell to you so they can make more $. That's fine. I clarified by saying "no I want them out. I'm over having piercings." But thru the process of removing my jewelry (when she wasn't busy talking very loud in my ear at other staff across the room or yelling over her shoulder so someone on the phone could hear her, even after her apprentice was told to answer the call cause she was busy w/ me) she asked again if i was sure, then if I "really wanted this" finally saying she'd be "so sad" (if she were me) & that she'd "need to have a little funeral". I said I did not want them, again. She then says that the way my piercings were done was "so perfect that it was a shame I wanted them out" & that she would "feel like she was giving part of herself up" in my position. While its okay if that's how she feels about her own piercings, I had made it very clear that it was not how I felt & that I wasn't going to be convinced otherwise no matter how many times it was brought up. It was beyond her just trying to make a sale. It felt like she personally had a problem w/ me taking my piercings out. I eventually said that I have health issues & the hassle of keeping up w/ piercings was not worth it to me. Instead of respecting that she then tried to pry at the validity of my health issues, asking what they were & how they effected having piercings, I guess to try to figure out if i was "wrong" For saying i didn't want piercings anymore because of my health issues. The truth is, I only brought up my health issues because I thought it would make her stop asking prying questions, I didn't realize that it would lead her to ask even more. I am autistic & at this point I had started to shut down & be unable to say anything about the mistreatment I felt I was receiving for asking for a service they provide frequently enough that there is a service fee for it. while the piercer was going on about how she was going to "cry for me" because she wanted me to keep my piercings so bad, whoever the bearded older male tattoo artist is with the black rimmed glasses on- (I think he goes by Drew Atlantis) Made inappropriate comments towards me. We were in the back room of the shop. It was a bigger room but there were a lot of people there. In total it was me & my bf, the piercer & her apprentice, the tattoo artist & the client he was tattooing, that clients wife & two or three other staff members sitting around on their phones & eating. There were no privacy dividers in the room either. The tattoo artist guy loudly says to me "what bad habit are you going to replace getting piercings w/ now? Haha!" it was very awkward, I didn't laugh, I said "I'm not sure." & as I barely finished the sentence he exclaims "honestly drugs are cool! Haha! Just don't try meth, heroin, or crack! Those ones are bad!" & continued laughing. I then said "I've already had my time w/ that kind of thing." Trying to indicate that I didn't want to joke about it & that I didn't find this funny or appropriate in any way & I was profoundly uncomfortable. Instead of respecting that he repeated the joke a 2nd time & then said "heroin and meth are bad!" & laughed super hard at himself again. At this point I gave up trying to advocate for myself. I silently sat there until the appointment was finished & left as quickly as possible once I paid. While I don't expect strangers to know that I have struggled with addiction destroying my life for upwards of 10+ years & have just recently started to rebuild my life to a point where i am proud of myself & my sobriety. However, i do expect professionals who are at work to have enough forethought to know that you do not joke about things like that to customers. Addiction ruins millions of people's lives, most don't get the chance to recover & I didn't appreciate feeling like the butt of this guy's jokes. I am sorely disappointed by my experience at Every Body Tattoo & I will never pay to be hassled by these people again. read more

This place just opened 3 tattoo artist there left a popular tattoo spot in Fairfield Township. Anastasia has been tattooing me for years and the other two girls are great also. Don't hesitate to go there they are all established artist that have been tattooing a long time. The tattoos in the pictures are not complete are still in the process but you can see the quality work being done. read more
