I was so excited to find Eugenia not booked as I looked for someone to do last minute lashes on me. This was my first time with individual installation (typically I do clusters) and I was a little nervous for how dramatic they would be. Eugenia was really patient as my eyes watered more than the average client I'm sure. She was gentle and the process was so laidback that I fell asleep! I loved the finished product, not too overdone with a little flair. I followed the after care rules and 4 days in I haven't seen one lash out of place. I'll definitely be going back! Just an update, these lashes lasted for 5 full weeks before needing a fill in, they were excellent, I highly recommend Eugenia! read more

Eugenia is my fairy lash-mother!!! She works MAGIC!!! She did an AMAZING job on my eyelash extensions to the point that I could've cried!! She uses 100% mink lashes so they look very real and I can't even notice that they're there unlike strip lashes. Her response time is impeccable I got my appointment same day when I discovered her. The whole process took about an 1hr 30 min but you're laying down the whole time. Honestly, I wouldn't mind standing cause when I looked in the mirror to see the finished product my jaw hit the floor! Looks so natural even when I opted for "voluminous-dramatic"! LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I was a first-client who was stood up by Eugenia for my appointment because of her total reliance on the internet as communication. After making the appointment, I received a emailed confirmation from Eugenia with a question about the length of time and cost of services. I did not answer it, as I thought we could clear things up at the time of the appointment. She NEVER SHOWED for the appointment! While waiting at her office, I got an email telling me that the appointment was cancelled. Eugenia expected me to reach out to her to clear up the confusion. Shouldn't she be reaching out to me? Especially since we've never met before! That would show: 1)attention to detail, 2)concern for the customer, 3) organization, and 4)consideration for my time. Hmmm. These are the same qualities that I look for when selecting an eyelash technician. BEWARE! read more

I came to Lash N Out after trying extensions for the first time. The ones I tried (from another salon) were all over the place and falling off pretty quickly. I'm so glad I found Lash N Out, otherwise I might have given up on extensions all together. Not only did they "fix" my lashes and make me look AMAZING, but they also got me started on a serious addiction. I can't tell you how many times I've been stopped and asked about my lashes. I normally don't do reviews but I experienced a really bad customer service at this place! I wish I could give 0 stars!! I drove all the way down to Blue Ash this morning at 10am and they realized that my appointment which I made 3 weeks ago got disappeared in the system because the person who was supposed to do my lashes was no longer there and all her appointments were gone!!! I asked if they could do something and Joyce said she can try to arrange somebody else at 11:30am and she would let me know by text and I said ok I would go get my nails done while I'm waiting and try to make it back on time. She texted me back while I was at the nail place across the street and confirmed that 11:30am was good but I couldn't make it on time because the nail place was busy on a Saturday morning too. So this place canceled my appointment and charged my credit card for that. I told them it was not my fault at all and either I could dispute that charge or they could cancel it. She reluctantly told me that she was going to speak to the owner. First of all if that incident would have happened at another place they would have provided me a free service and be totally apologetic about it. They would not have charged me for their fault. Long story short this is super unprofessional and I will not be going back to this place! read more

I was very excited about getting my eyelashes done, I was going out of town Sunday & I was so glad when I called Friday afternoon & I got an appointment for Saturday (the next day!) then my husband informs me on Saturday that we are leaving that day, so I called the salon & canceled my appointment & told them I would make one when I got back. Now, when I made the appointment the lady said I had to give a credit card to secure the appointment, now there is no way I could call within 24 hours to cancel the appointment since it was made less than 24 hours in advance so I was charged $36.25 when I canceled the appointment. Now since there is no way I could have canceled within 24 hours I feel that someone should have said something, but all she said was it is in the email. I am very disappointed in there customer service, she kept saying it is in the email & it is done by their system. So if you have an emergency the day of your appointment they will still make sure they get some of their money!! Bad customer service! read more

It took me over a year to book with Eugenia but it was worth the wait. My previous tech just was not flexible in her scheduling and seemed to always have an excuse about getting me in.
