I was having a procedure done shortly after and she also helped in giving me options of coming in to get a glass stud temporarily so my hole did not fill up. I was able to see her to get the glass stud and then to reinsert my original nose stud. She was so kind in explaining everything and helping me with this whole process to allow for me piercing to not close up but also allowed me to be able to get the piercing thru the whole process. read more

This place is my absolute favorite for piercings! The most recent being this adorable blue nostril piercing. Dallas was friendly and helpful the entire time, and you can tell he really knows what he's doing. He gave me a little bottle of soap for aftercare (included with the price!!!) and explained how different aftercare is for this one than my septum. The inside is very clean & aesthetically very pleasing as well. The downside is the prices were a bit on the steeper side. My experience - called to see if the shop does ear piercings on girls under 18. They said, yes, and walk-ins are accepted. And, asked us to bring birth certificate and a photo identification of our daughter. We drive 30 miles to their location. When we enter, we are greeted by professional nice tattoo artists working on first level. Then we are directed upstairs. We then asked about service. Instantly the staff member says NO, we don't do this. He was extremely rude and never looked up at us. I explained that we called first and he repeated, very angrily, NO we don't do piercings on teens. My wife, daughter and I left. I'm astounded at the lack of professionalism, respect and simple customer service this staff member showed us. I hope others are treated better than we were. read more

She's been piecing dermals since 2008 and helped me to understand the effects of the different types of SS. I got a tattoo here, super small and simple on my wrist. It was basically gone and faded by the next week despite proper and thorough aftercare. Asked for a heavy touch up. She did it for free, just for a lot of the ink to flake off and be totally uneven with the lines. Wouldn't recommend. going somewhere else to fix this mess. Also this tattoo is a little over an inch big, and I got charged $100 for it + tip when i have a tattoo that is way bigger and more intricate on my hip and got it for $60 + tip at OneShot. So I kind of feel taken advantage of by the staff. I went into this location thinking it was a different piercing shop. I obviously didn't realize and checked in as you would anywhere and handed over my ID and signed all the documents. I then later explained how I made a mistake and I was really supposed to be next-door, and not there getting a piercing as I knew the place next door was only $54 for what I wanted. One of the staff members said how they were better than the place next-door so of course I felt like I needed to stay. I had expressed several times that I was supposed to be at the shop next-door, but they did a good job of making me feel like I needed to get my piercing done at this place for it to be professional. Everything was totally fine and very professional until the end when my total ended up being over $200 (including 20% tip) for an ear piercing. I have 2 tattoos, which cost less (individually) than my total for today. After consulting with people who have also gotten their ears pierced at this place, everyone is saying that I was very overcharged. I felt like my niceness and the fact that I wasn't supposed to be there was taken advantage of. It just doesn't sit right with me that I mentioned what I thought I would be paying at the place next-door and the fact that they told me to stay at their place because they are "better", without mentioning the up-charge. Essentially I overpaid $150, just to get my ears pierced. I appreciate the hard work that these people do, and my piercing does you look good but like I said, I feel very taken advantage of. The operation hours on the website and other sites are incorrect. Their website says that the Vine location closes at 9pm but I found out from the location around the corner they closed at 10pm. I went there at 9:38 just to purchase some body jewelry and was told that they had closed down already. I could understand if I came in at 9:55pm but that was 22 minutes they had to sell me a product. It would have only taken about 2-3 minutes to get the jewelry, bag it and swipe my card. I just think that was very unprofessinal and not customer centered. I won't be back for any future business because of this. read more

I have downloaded this app specifically because I was inclined to do this review. All of my friends who have been here have had positive experiences. I also got my nose pierced here and had a very positive experience as well, but today I am in utter disbelief of the lack of courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by one of the employees. I set an appointment with Will Webb several days ago and gave him a picture of exactly what I wanted to which he said he would finalize prior to the appointment. Today I came in at 4pm sharp and proceeded to wait a full hour before he even showed up, despite his coworkers telling me he was on a lunch break and was on the way. I texted him asking if we should just reschedule about forty minutes into the wait and he said his Uber took forever, which is unlikely because the shop is located in a populated area and Uber usually takes no more than ten minutes. When he got there he had nothing prepared and continued to take another hour to draw two simple years, not because it actually took him that long, but because he was joking around with his coworker friends and getting up for conversations. When I met him, he joked around about disorganization and I thought he was a laid back guy, but it turns out he just really did not care about his job. He also was being sarcastic, which in a small dose was totally fine, I even liked his attitude at first, but after spending more than 10 minutes with him, he just was a jerk. I asked him about leaving the tattoo as line work and he bluntly said "no, im a f*cking person, not a robot". I'm an eighteen year old girl and he's a 40 year old man. I held my friends hand during the tattoo, and he told us "we were making a big deal out of nothing" and acting like "he just ran me over with a train". Keep in mind all I was doing was holding my friend's hand, not crying or complaining. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star review is because the tattoo came out pretty well, but definitely not worth the service. Any average tattooer could've done this tattoo and been prompt and actually prepared. The tattoo itself took 20 minutes but I spent 3 hours total waiting for him to show up and then draw the design that he told me would already be finalized. I went here for my first tattoo. Granted, the tattoo is pretty big and took 5-6 hours to complete so I kind of expected the $160 price tag. Beelistic is the EXTREMELY expensive. You get what you pay for in the fact that it's a very clean environment and they take their time. However, the artists I was with were a little rude upon arrival. I was the first of the day at 5 o'clock and they were a little rude when I said I wanted a script tattoo. The two looked at one another and said "do you wanna take her?" Like I wasn't standing right there. I was happy with how careful the artist was to get my tattoo exactly how I wanted it, but I knocked another star off because he was dipping literally 4 inches from my vagina. He would periodically pause to spit his dip juice into the trash can behind him. I was horrified but didn't want to say anything for fear that he would take it out on my thigh. I'll be going back next month for my second tattoo, but only because there will be a guest artist there. I wouldn't recommend Beelistic to anyone wanting to get their first tattoo.
