Michelle does an amazing job: she's professional, detail-oriented, and makes the entire process as comfortable as possible. I also had an eyebrow tint, and the results were phenomenal. My brows looked natural, defined, and perfectly matched to my features. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The space is clean, modern, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. You can tell Michelle takes pride in both her work and her business. At this point, I refuse to go anywhere else for my beauty services. I'm so excited to watch her continue to grow and expand the business. I can't wait for her to start offering massages and additional services in the future. Florence is lucky to have Michelle's Oasis!

I made an appointment online about a week in advance, and love how easily accessible this location is! You just follow the signs up the stairs -- and you'll find yourself in a cute and calming, spa-like waiting room. I'd only just sat down when Manell came out to introduce herself, and bring me back to her room. I let Manell know that this was my first time threading, and she walked me through the entire process in an encouraging and professional way. While the sensation is different than waxing, the pain level is about the same (pretty minimal). We did have to pause a few times throughout the appointment because my eyes were watering -- but Manell assured me that was perfectly normal, and continuously supplied tissues for me to use. I was shocked at how fast we were done -- and absolutely loved the results. I also appreciate how natural the whole process is. I'll definitely return to visit Manell -- and might also check out of some of the other services offered at Michelle's Oasis.

Granted I have only had two (this being my second), it was a bit better than the first. By 'better' I mean a few things sets this place apart from my first experience. First, Gina was quick to get back with me on appt times and when I needed to reschedule the night before she was quick to respond and flexible to schedule with. Second, the experience was better... as mentioned in other reviews Gina was personable and talkative, to make the experience more comfortable and less awkward. Third, the 'coverage' was much more than the first one I received, for essentially the same price. I have already scheduled my next appt. and this looks like it will be my go to place for waxing!
