I have full documentation of all email communication showing that I remained professional throughout, and that their "we'd like to make it right" response on Google was simply for appearance's sake. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly insulting. I would strongly caution others to think twice before spending thousands of dollars here. This business is garbage. But if you accidentally missed an appointment, then you get charged the full appointment cost, which the one time we did, it was a two hour charge, which was $180 or more down the drain. We asked to talk with manager many times, and they told us they would call us back, and they never call back. They never give you any credits or discounts when they cancel so many times. I am not sure if other Message Envy's are as bad as this one, but I do not recommend this one. Elements message is pretty much across the street and has much better customer service and value.
