READ BELOW REGARDING HOW THIS SALON MANAGES TO MAINTAIN A DECEPTIVE 5 STAR GOOGLE REVIEW RATING & AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS this salon somehow managed to find a family member's phone number (as an attempt to reach the customer) to call from a blocked number and threaten harassment charges in response to a poor review the customer gave if they can't remove a poor review they will harass you and make up lies, going far as eerily conjuring up fictitious criminal allegations committed during your appointment as a route to coerce you into deleting the review claims such as - defamatory comments (claiming the customer was high on drugs) and false criminal allegations (falsely accusing the customer of blackmail and claiming the customer damaged their property) the customer in question doesn't drink let alone use drugs and they certainly didn't damage property.. (why would the salon threaten a police report after a supposed damage of property only AFTER a poor review??) this form of aggressive coercion, gaslighting, and suppression of negative feedback from a young woman in response to a google review is not only repulsive but likely criminal. luckily we have resources to investigate charges, defamation and false criminal allegations, against this business. I will also be contacting the BBB with all documented materials necessary next time you try and deviously harass a patron of your company make sure you've got the correct number first read more

I absolutely love the Salon, although I only receive services from Ciara. I've been a client for about 8 years and I refuse to let anyone touch my brows. The from desk staff is always polite and respectful. Ciara is consistent and amazing at what she does. She has great manner and if there is anything you don't like she gives you opportunity to inform her before leaving. She educated you on the services you receive so that you're knowledgeable about what's going on and inform you about the aftercare. I booked a service thinking it was one thing and when I arrived Ciara explained to me the service I was expecting wasn't what I booked. She did let me know that if I still wanted that service she would provide it, but she didn't suggest it after I explained to her what I was going for. I've never had a problem with her. Faithful I've been and faithful I will continue to be. She be having my brows on FLEEK!!! read more

I recently went to get my hair trimmed and ended up getting a whole new hairstyle and an amazing experience. Aaron Vanderpool did an amazing job overall. I put my trust in his hands and he worked wonders. From the shampoo to the full blowout, no small detail was missed. Besides the great treatment the overall environment was so clean and serene it was truly a great time. I've been seeing Ciara for years. She's been the only person to ever get an arch in my brow! She's always on time for my service, always informative and professional during my visit, as well as makes sure her sanitation is on point. I recommend all of my friends to her! First of all, let me say that the salon is beautiful. It is clean and modern. I go to Brittany for my hair. She is phenomenal. I have short hair, and she always does an amazing job of cutting my hair. It always looks so cute. She really listens to what I want. Her techniques are always current and spot on. I have gone to Ciara for almost ten years now. She is professional, personable, thorough, and always does a fantastic job. I frequently get compliments on my eyebrows and I owe it all to her! I couldn't see myself going to anyone else. I have recommended her to quite a few people who have also had great experiences with her.
