When I walked in I was told it's by appointment only, I explained to her that I couldn't get through but all she said to me was sorry and they were having trouble with their phone lines. I won't go back there is to many other nail salons to go to, I felt like I wasn't treated really nicely here.

This is a long one-…read more I have no idea why, but the lady that always does my nails (Christy) treated me like trash today. I seen a line in my nail that the brush created & told her, normally I DON'T SAY ANYTHING but I figured I'd mention it right away so it could be fixed, I didn't want it drying that way, she claimed she didnt see it & dismissed me, put my hand under the dryer, I still seen it & mentioned it again then she got mad, started speaking her language very angrily to her co- worker which came over looking at my nail too while I had to sit there as they both were talking shit about me in their language. Not the first time they've done this, they always talk about their customers in their language, its pretty obvious. She then got out the tiny brush & literally brushed polish right over this line that she claimed she didnt see & fixed it, it took 2 seconds! Then she proceeded to tell me that I can come back another day for my pedicure...like wtf??? Again, shes been kinda rude in the past but not like today. I told her I'm there today to get it done because I don't have time any other day. She finishes my nails silently, then coldly walks off & starts doing someone else's feet immediately. So im sitting there not sure about what just happened. Then her husband finishes his customer, told me to go over & sit down to do my feet, which is fine because he normally does them anyway. He didnt speak to me the entire time, although I tried making small talk then when he was done I simply asked to get one crooked nail filed and cleaning underneath because SHE put glue UNDER them & shes never done that before, it looked really bad. Plus there was a hole on my nail with no paint at all. She basically got mad then rushed, doing a shit job. Then it gets worse, he walked up to the counter where you pay & rang me up without it being fixed, told me I'd have to wait for her, she had like 3 customers waiting, mind you. I told him I'll pay when its done & that I didnt mind him doing it. I had already been there close to 4 hours at this point. He said he would do it but to pay first, I declined & said I'll pay when its done like everyone else does. Then he hastily fixed the issues, it took about 5 minutes total time. Then I asked a question about him doing another coat on just the nails he fixed, like would they be darker & he started yelling at me in front of everyone with like 7 customers in there, called me crazy & everything. I told him to be quiet, to stop talking to me like that, that I just wanted to be done & get the hell out of there. I reminded him that I never complain & that I always treat them nice & tip. He then said that I always complain, I said that's funny because I hardly have spoken to you, your wife must've said that to you because she had to fix one nail. Completely disrespectful. I've been going here for years & I always spend alot of money because I normally get my nails & feet done every 3 weeks or so. I've even brought in 3 more customers for them as well, my family & friends. There have been times in the past where she'd say she doesnt like doing more than one color, doesn't like doing designs, or has flat out refused to do something I'd asked for & I just dealt with it & let her do things her way pretty much because im used to coming here. I've also complimented her work. There was absolutely no reason to treat me like this today just because I asked to get what I pay for. Many times I've went home & fixed my nails myself because I've heard other customers being rude to them & I never wanted to complain or be any trouble. I know this was a long post but bottom line- I'm never going there again. I've never been treated so bad in a public place by the owner in front of so many customers in my life. Never again.

There was no wait and Han sat me down to do my nails. She asked me if I was interested in doing dip because she said it would protect my nail beds longer but ultimately went with a hard gel fill. She was thorough and nice and the entire appointment was over very quickly. They can also do nail designs and promoted that as well but I went with a simple color change. Overall happy with the speed and service!

Now, I'm the farthest thing from a cheater on either account, but I had a weak moment when I was offered a rush interview two days away, in Atlanta. My stylist was off the day I found out & I was pressed for time so I went to a place that will remain nameless.. (unless I do another review just for them..) to have my hair quickly shaped up again. To my dismay I left looking worse than when I went in. Now as far as the other stylists go in the salon, I can't attest for them since I've been loyal to only one. They are very nice, but have never been the ones to make me beautiful after I've let 6 inches of roots cascade down my previously blonde hair. :) After the straying to the not so great place I called April, my stylist, defeated to see if she could squeeze me in the day before I flew out for my interview. She was off, but knew how important this was to me so she made some major arrangements and got me in for an appointment. This woman is so great, she had me come to her HOUSE because she knew how much this meant to me. I did the walk of shame into her house, but she fixed me right up again. This is obviously not a normal practice of a hair stylist, but April goes above and beyond and it has meant the world to me. I have gotten to the point to where I can go in there looking like a train wreck and come out looking like a Mercedes. I tell her to do whatever she wants and I always come out feeling amazing. I can get a cut, multiple colors & my eyebrows done for an extremely awesome price. If she leaves I'd follow her anywhere because you just don't find such amazing customer service as what I've found with her. April is one of the few who I've found that doesn't view this as just a job. She takes pride in making you feel great about yourself, and if you don't she won't let you leave until you do. I'm always reading where women are looking for a new stylist, and whenever I can I send them to April. She is awesome in every sense of the word and you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't go to see her. I would give her double the stars on here if I were able to. She is the best, and I'll never do the walk of shame again. :)

They all booth rent so if you want to make an appointment you'll have to catch the numbers on their answering machine in order to schedule with someone. I received a conditioning treatment for my hair that has been bleached more times than I can count. She was was informative on how to maintain great silky hair and keep my color in tact as well.
