I had never been there before, but their great reviews and an open appointment made it an easy choice--and I'm so glad I went. My massage therapist, Ling Wemple, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly thorough and clearly very knowledgeable. Not only did she use effective massage techniques, but she also incorporated stretching and other therapeutic modalities that really targeted my problem areas. From the moment we started, she focused on my concerns with professionalism and genuine care. I felt noticeably better right away--Ling truly went above and beyond. In the past, I've enjoyed massages, but typically only went if someone gave me a gift certificate. After this session, I realized the true therapeutic benefits of massage. Customer service is always good but I've been a customer for 8 or 9 years constantly and it's crazy…read moreto me my main location has a whole 2 diamond beds in an area that has alot of people with a solid income so they can afford the upgrade to a better bed. They offer specials to upgrade to the next level at a low cost and basically reward you for being a platinum member because you don't have to wait for a bed when they have 8+ of these beds. I pay nearly $90/ month and only tan 2 or 3 times a month and depending on the season I can't get the bed I prefer. I've complained about this for years and nothing changes, as has MANY others as ive heard them or the works thank me for not yelling at them for the wait. I only stay because it's convenient to use palm beach, not because I prefer it. I get a $50 reward every 3 to 5 years now when it used to be annually until covid, juat had one expire. I really am starting to contemplate being a customer as it truely doesn't even seem worth it or pay less to not have to wait every time. You really need to offer a credit every time a customer has to down grade their bed because this company is to cheap to add another when one of these diamond beds is over 10 years old. Keep making your money and stealing from your customers palm beach... can't wait for another company to blow you out the water one day... your not about your customers your about profit and gain, just look at the ridiculous lotion prices on top of lack of upgrading beds I'm comparison to the price you charge!
