She gave amazing scalp and shoulder massages throughout and she has the perfect pressure. The whole process just makes you feel so pampered and relaxed. I think we could all use some pampering with how hectic life can be. We did a jelly mask and it felt so amazing on my skin. Meghan told me what to expect after and recommended products. The whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for and more! My skin looks and feels amazing. I will definitely be back again!!

I had an appointment scheduled for 10 weeks so that I would be sure to get in before Christmas that got canceled due to her being sick which is understandable. What is not understandable is that I never received a call back to reschedule and when I called back to reschedule she was fully booked and couldn't get me in. I expressed to the receptionist my disappointment and asked if she could have Fran look at her schedule to see if she could fit me in. I never once said anything bad about Fran just that I was disappointed because I really wanted to get in before Christmas. The next day I received a very nasty and unprofessional text from Fran that was completely uncalled for. I was shocked that someone who relies on clients to have a job would be so unprofessional. 5 Stars - Transformative Massage Experience with Ling Wimple…read more Last Sunday, I booked a last-minute massage at Kettering Spa because my neck and back were really bothering me after a weekend of yard work and moving. I had never been there before, but their great reviews and an open appointment made it an easy choice--and I'm so glad I went. My massage therapist, Ling Wemple, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly thorough and clearly very knowledgeable. Not only did she use effective massage techniques, but she also incorporated stretching and other therapeutic modalities that really targeted my problem areas. From the moment we started, she focused on my concerns with professionalism and genuine care. I felt noticeably better right away--Ling truly went above and beyond. In the past, I've enjoyed massages, but typically only went if someone gave me a gift certificate. After this session, I realized the true therapeutic benefits of massage. It's no longer just a luxury for me--I'll be scheduling regularly with Ling moving forward. Highly recommend Kettering Spa, especially if you can book with Ling!
