I've been with the same nail tech for six years, but everyone in the salon is very talented. No new package/file/clipper was used (no way to know if they were cleaned in between customers). Colors do not match. (Gel polish on toes and dip powder on fingernails without communication ahead of time). Cut on toe and finger from cutting cuticles too short. Uneven ends on fingernails, as some were very rounded and same nail other side went upwards and sharper corner. Uneven length on nails are very noticeable, and quite a bit shorter from one hand compared to other. Charged $55 each, for a total of $110, plus tax, $117 total. I realize there is usually an up charge for gel. But $37 plus $10 (which was listed as the gel amount) is $47. Two other employees checked out the fingernails, and if they noticed they were uneven, between the three employees, no one offered to fix them. For that price, these nails should be even and colors match as requested. Will not return unfortunately.
