What is not understandable is that I never received a call back to reschedule and when I called back to reschedule she was fully booked and couldn't get me in. I expressed to the receptionist my disappointment and asked if she could have Fran look at her schedule to see if she could fit me in. I never once said anything bad about Fran just that I was disappointed because I really wanted to get in before Christmas. The next day I received a very nasty and unprofessional text from Fran that was completely uncalled for. I was shocked that someone who relies on clients to have a job would be so unprofessional. I have been a long time client of hers and even gave her the benefit of the doubt back in September when she cut my hair so uneven that several people noticed and I had to return to get it fixed.
