I really enjoy going here everyone is always so nice/sweet I have been going there since 2017 and I don't plan to go anywhere else

I loved everything and everyone. They took their time and listened to what I was asking for. They took me as a walk in but have appointments as well! Thank you! I love my nails! :) read more

Always great nails!! Very friendly. I won't go anywhere else. They always strive that you leave happy.

** coming from a client with ANXIETY !! Cash grabbing service . Staff was very pushy . Staff Selected color choice without telling me which it was gel and additional price. Referred to my color choice as boring . When I spoke up about the price it was more so they was right and I was wrong. Job felt rushed and when I told them about issues it seem like it was a problem. Unfortunately these are my birthday nail service and was very unhappy about the outcome . On top of that my appointment was at 4:30 and didn't get seen until 5:00. Staff also refused to use feet exfoliate on my feet saying it'll make it "choppy" . read more

Have been going here for several years and recently I have been going to the same person because he does an excellent job. Today, while he did his usual amazing work, he was quite rude on multiple occasions. A customer next to me reacted to his negativity towards me. I was a bit embarrassed but I thought he may be having a bad day so I waited to see if he would apologize after he was done. No apology came so, although I love his work I will not be returning. I treat others with respect and I expect to be treated the same. read more

I began going to this local nail salon over the past year. They do good work for the most part. However, this last time, one of the Techs started going off to my nail Tech and pointing at me. Everyone, all employees, the owner kept going back and forth staring at me, listening to her. I said to my nail Tech, wow, she seems angry with me. He responded, "Yes." I asked him "why" repeatedly and his response was "hush." I then said, "when I made the appointment, I chose "anyone" and I like everyone here." He said, "i know." Odd this even happened. Everything was just fine and then she was angry with me. I wasn't even working with the lady. I didn't cause any commotions. Nothing. Strange situation. It was unprofessional on their end. I won't be going back. Taking time out of my schedule to get some needed downtime and to be treated unprofessionally at best is not my idea of a calming and definitely not a safe time. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! If I could give 0 or negative stars I would! My three daughters and I went to get our nails done and it was a train wreck. I got the SNS and my nails were all bumpy with huge grooves in them that were barely sanded down and super thick. My daughter got a full set and hers were globbed on and rough. I walked outside to answer a phone call and the workers proceeded to talk shit about me in front of my daughters. I called attention to the horrible work and they attempted to fix them. We didn't have intricate designs or anything major on our nails. When it came time to settle in the charges for all 4 of us the prices are insane. $80 for a simple, regular polish full set. $75 for a full set with minimal design. $60 for full set French tip. $45 for an SNS with no design. They tried arguing with me that they are the cheapest in the area. I would never recommend this place. They are rude and provide trash service!! read more

I wish I could give them 5 stars. I love how they do my nails but I've got them done twice and twice now they have faded a ton in less than 2 weeks! read more

Vivi Nail & Spa - My SNS acrylic full set manicure and gel pedicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

I called ahead around 10 AM to see if they could do a full sns set and a pedicure I was told yes and I let them know I'd arrive at 10:45 AM. I arrive and they seem busy but after about 15 mins they get me to start soaking my nails (I needed a removal). They kept showing everyone how long my nails were and they were all shocked. Fast forward I get moved from one lady to a man because she started a pedicure and he tells me we can do the ballerina shape I want if we trim my nails. I cut over half of my nails off (which didn't bother me since they'll grow back) but he then tells me my nail bed is too wide for the shape. I wish I had known we were keeping my original shape before I cut so much off. He then puts me in someone else's chair, this is my 3rd nail tech. Not a single thing was sanitized between making me move. She then ends up drilling on my cuticles which hurt like hell but I let it go. There was a substantial amount of sns on my fingers from soaking it off and they didn't help remove it. I had to ask for acetone to remove it and she made me do it myself. I also had to ask for disinfectant for my cut cuticles. Fast forward to 1:10 pm and I'm finally done with JUST MY NAILS. I am just going to polish my own toes. I wish they communicated better about what was going on. I'm a very patient person when I know what's going on but I wasn't happy with my experience. She didn't even apologize for cutting me and charged me $5 extra for length although my nails are substantially shorter than when I walked in. Buyer beware when coming here. Update: I went back to get my nails fixed because they don't offer refunds and Kevin was extremely nice. He introduced himself and asked about my holiday. When he realized re-dipping wasn't going to fix some of the issues I pointed out he told me someone else would be fixing them (I believe he was almost off of work). He told me she would fix my nails and be able to change the polish on my toes since they weren't able to do that last time. However this seemed to be off to a good start so I was happy. The new nail tech seemed nice. I did have to slightly argue to not have to pay for my tips on two nails that had been soaked off with acetone so it was starting to go sour quickly. She did what looked like a beautiful job applying the dip. I had to choose a new color because Kevin advised me the original orange was having issues. After she gets done filing I tell her there are spaces not covered by the sns on the sides of my nails and she informs me she isn't done. When she finished she asked if I liked them and I said it was okay but the gaps were still present. She said it was small so it was fine. I said it wasn't and I'd like it fixed so she said she would. We re dip my nails but upon doing a new top coat there are white specs added to the two thumb nails we redid. I was annoyed but not willing to get it redone so I let it go. I asked her to drill it down more because it looks thick and she does but it still looked much thicker than when I had my nails done a few days ago. Again, I'm just frustrated because I've been here another 2 hours and I'm still not fully happy. However I think since they are doing my toe polish complimentary it makes it at least balance out for the time taken out of my day and 30+ minute commute. I was wrong. They informed me they were charging me although they made me change my finger nail polish and return to get an issue with the top coat peeling off of ALL of my nails. They didn't shape my nails or trim them but I assumed it was free so it wasn't a big deal. I 100% wouldn't have even worried about the toes had they informed me up front I'd be paying for it. After I told them I didn't know I had to pay they started yelling to eachother in a different language. I had such high hopes because I saw how beautiful Anna's work was on a client before me but I unfortunately never got her to do my nails due to the shuffling between techs during my first visit. I will not be returning here based on these first two experiences. read more

Came here last week for SNS full set and a pedicure. Both were done by Lucy. The establishment was VERY clean and they abide by the covid guidelines to keep everyone safe. They have you wash your hands as soon as you arrive then check in on an iPad afterwards. Lucy did such a wonderful job on my nails! She was very thorough and obviously took pride in her work/ skill. I wore sneakers and unfortunately I realized I had smudged my pedicure once I got home, I went back to the salon and they fixed everything right away! They were super sweet and accommodating. Very nice ladies. My nails were about $20-$30 more than what I usually spend, but the service here was worth the extra money. I will definitely be back. This salon is a little hidden gem in a Delhi plaza! read more

I'm torn on this review. I have been coming to Vivi Nails since January and I usually have had pretty good service and no problems with my nails. However this previous time was different. It seems that they have gotten all new staff. I had a new technician that wasn't the nicest, but I don't necessarily have a problem with that. What I did have a problem with was that she cut me twice while fixing my cuticles. I'm surprised I did not bleed. However, my biggest complaint is that when my SNS nails started to crack, one of the nails completely broke through my real nail and started piercing my finger under the nail bed, which as you can imagine is extremely painful. I ended up having to completely remove my SNS and cut my nails extremely short (basically starting from scratch with my growth). I've had SNS nails crack/break before but never to this extent. I'm not sure if I'll be back. read more

My friend and I went in yesterday after work. I called ahead implying I wanted to make a reservation because we had other plans and didn't want to wait a super long time. A woman answered the phone when I called and said it's fine I didn't need a reservation, and when we got there it was packed and we had to wait at least 45 minutes. To top it off, while we were waiting, a male technician answered a phone call and made a reservation for the folks on the phone right in front of me. (Salty) Anyway, we both decided to get SNS manicures with tips. I was placed with a woman (didn't get her name, she had a tattoo on her wrist) and my friend Brittany was placed with Tim. The technician I was paired was watching the door and clearly rushing my nails, which I understand because they were busy, but my nails look sloppy now and I am a paying customer too! Some tips are crooked, they look bumpy and they are way too long, which I vocalized but she said they would become shorter when she filed them down, which they didn't. Once my nails were done I had to wait 20-25 minutes for Tim to finish with Brittany's (we started at the same time. When I say she rushed, she really rushed!). It was aggravating because I wasn't happy but the tech I was with push me off and didn't even ask if I liked them. Tim took his time (by taking time, I mean not rushing, they were still done in a timely manner) on Brittany's nails and they looked awesome. They were the length she wanted and didn't look "bumpy" like mine. All in all, though, I would recommended Tim if you go here. The place is clean, they are nice and the price was right. $35 for the SNS manicure and an extra $5 if you wanted to add tips. I just wish the the tech I was paired with would slow down because everything I was not happy about could have been easily avoided! I will definitely be back, just will ask for a different technician. read more

I was in for a mani/pedi last weekend. The pedi was great and I am happy with the results. My mani, however, was rushed and terrible. My cuticles were not touched at all, aside from running the buffer around them. I got the SNS powder, which I had never tried, so I didn't know what to expect. I was exhausted from a little too much fun the night before, so I wasn't paying a ton of attention to what was happening with my nails. Clearly that was a mistake! After just one week, my nails already need to be redone. Not impressed. read more

I was visiting Ohio for a few weeks and needed my nails done badly! With the dry weather my nails were starting to rip and crack. I use to drive out to Hyde Park but upon doing a Yelp search I saw this little place just opened up close to our home here in Delhi. I was a walk in and the man at the counter was extremely helpful and kind! I was looking for a manicure and told him about my cracked nail issue. He said no problem and I signed in and he took me to a comfortable chair and explained to a very nice lady (who I believe is one of the owners) what I was looking for. She was super nice and friendly and recommended I do the SNS manicure. It's a more natural and healthy way to give my nails color while strengthening and hardening them for everyday use without the use of fake or acrylic. She proceeded to give me a very extensive array of colors to chose from and started my manicure. It's a cool process and watching it was so interesting. Below is some information I found on the process. http://www.mamamia.com.au/what-are-sns-nails/ After doing the SNS process she trimmed up my cuticles, applied oil to them and then gave each hand a massage with some lotion. This place is a must try if you live in Delhi or close to the area!! The prices are reasonable - SNS manicure normally $35 but they have 20% off until end of January for grand opening and it was only $22.97 and it was well worth it!! The place is nice, new and the people working in there are super nice and it's a relaxing place. I highly recommend anyone to give this place a try! read more

I made an appointment the day before for the next morning. They told me my time was 30 min later. This was my first time there, I will never return. My nails and toes are out even matching colors. The nail tech convinced me to get sns instead of gel nails. She told me $7 more. I paid 75 for a basic pedicure and gel manicure. Too expensive for service that is not top notch. They didn't even have the matching gel colors and tried to get me to choose something else. Definitely not worth it read more

I have been getting my nails done for almost a year with little to no complaint. Some nail techs are better than others but all friendly. I had a mani- pedi and was over charged I did not realize it until the next day and called- explained the situation- hoping they would rectify - really just wanted a credit for next visit- thinking the over charge was just an honest mistake. After multiple excuses- including that "nail tax is really high". I was told "oh well". Customer service is lacking. Very disappointed this is how they treat regular customers. I had an appointment for a pedicure scheduled for 130pm today and boy was it a horrible experience. I arrived, signed in, and made sure to let the technician at the desk know that I had an appointment. 20 minutes of waiting had gone by before I was FINALLY seated in a pedicure chair. I was excited to get this pampering started as I am 8 months pregnant and uncomfortable. Unfortunately to my surprise, I was met with another 20 minutes of waiting in the pedicure chair, soaking to a prune HOPELESSLY WAITING for a technician to begin this pedicure. FINALLY 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time a technician started working on me. I explained how my experience was going to the technician and asked if she could upgrade me to the next pedicure ($5 upgrade) or extend the massage time on my pedicure in exchange for the time I had wasted hot, sweaty, and pregnant waiting for my service to finally begin. She was not able to do anything for me. I tried to accept it and just tried to relax as I received my pedicure service. As if my experience could not have gone any worse the 45 minute deluxe pedicure that I paid for was only 32 minutes long. (I had a feeling they were going to rush because they were so busy so I made sure to time it). I feel defeated... 40 minutes of waiting with no sort of apology or compensation for my time wasted along with being robbed of 13 minutes of a pedicure. What an awful experience. read more

I went here because I thought I could get in an out on my lunch break--and it was slightly cheaper than the competitors. I had Lisa do my nails and I won't be going back. I went for SNS. and I asked for oval nails, she cut them with clippers way back so they are shorter than my fingers--and none of them are the same shape. It looks like I painted my nails at home and I have to live with these for weeks. Also some nails are very thin and some are thick (see pic of middle finger and pinky of my right hand). She also didn't speak a word of English to me except "sorry" when she burned my cuticle shaving down the edge for the 50th time but spoke the WHOLE time to other techs. I get the SNS because I don't want my nails ground down like acrylic--now my nails are ruined. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I won't even be going back to have them fixed because I'm afraid to go back there and have my nails more screwed up. I'll be paying AGAIN to have my nails done somewhere else. read more

I went in for a simple set of acrylics. I went in and one of the men workers came up to me with a rude tone mumbling something so i kept asking what he was saying and he ending up practically yelling at me. I was seated within 20 minutes, even though there were 3 girls completely free. The lady didn't ask me want I wanted and just started. I then had to tell her want I was getting before she started a completely different process. While doing applying the acrylic, she splits open my cuticle, naturally I flinched because of the pain and her reaction was to grab my arm and aggressively pull me back towards her. After she cut my cuticle open, I developed an infection threat later on turned into a wart that I had to get frozen off. I went in before I had gotten the wart froze off asking for as the least a refund, saying that it was $50 for a short full set of acrylics plus tip for a horrible job. They refused to refund me. Also, when she was doing my nails the acrylic was very bumping and as applying the polish she bumped one of my wet nails. Not a problem, I simply asked her to re-due the polish for that nail, she also refused that but telling me it was my felt and she doesn't fix customer mistakes. I was seated at the dryer as she started someone else's nails, which is normal and perfectly okay, but she left me there for almost 45 minutes and since she was sitting directly behind me I asked her when I could leave at least 3 times. My friend also went there a few days ago and on the receipt it said she was charged $50 for SNS full set. Her card was charged over $70. If I could I would rate it a 0. read more

I didn't want to drive to where I originally had them done, so I came across Vi Vi Nails. Lenny fixed the nail, NO problem. Three days later a different nail had broken *note* I had just had a fill-in at a place in Kenwood 5 days prior to this! so went I came back to Vi Vi Nails "Lenny" fixed my nail and stated you have been back here 2 times within a week for these broken nails, I may have a cost efficient way to help plus it will grow your real nails from the damage ones under the Acrylic ones. She offered SNS and I haven't been to any other nails salon, I appreciated her honestly, she wasn't just looking for Money to get me and out of her chair. My nails have grown 3 times longer then they was with Acrylic nails and every time I get out her chair my nails are beautiful and Natural looking.
