This was, hands down, the worst manicure experience I've ever had…read more It was my birthday, and I left crying, with two bleeding cuts and blood visible on FIVE total fingers. It honestly left me questioning if I'll ever get a manicure again. From the very beginning, the manicurist was moving quickly like he was rushed, even though there were more employees than customers. He was so aggressive with the cuticle clippers and file that he cut my finger right away. It was bleeding pretty well, but I didn't say a word. Accidents happen. When he clipped me a third time, though, I yanked my hand back. He asked if it hurt, and I said yes. He STILL did not slow down or change his technique. Moments after that, I felt a sting AGAIN, and I started crying. A manager came running over and tried to help clean up the blood. To his credit, the manager apologized repeatedly and didn't charge me. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've left 90's Nail & Spa bleeding. My fingers still sting a day later, and it's upsetting that the manicurist did not adjust at all, even after I told him it was painful.

She filed and shaped and formed each nail to perfection. When there was even the tiniest blemish she worked to correct it. And she trimmed the edges of each nail after all done to remove that little crust that has formed on the edge of all my former SNS manicures at other salons. This is the 3rd salon I've gone to in Cincinnati for SNS and it is BY FAR the best experience. I called at 315 on a Friday for a 330 appointment. I was seen right away and the manicure plus SNS took just over 1 hr. I will definitely be back and will be asking for Anna!
