This is a small local shop and the people feel like old friends. What I like most is the fact that I can request a particular nail tech, but there are several to choose from that do a great job. I've been to the salon a few times. If you want basic nail like SNS or polish then I would recommend but if you want ombré or something unique you may want to find another salon. The guy doing my nails seemed a little nervous and lady in the seat next to him seemed irritated by my request. It would have been nice if I was told that my design was above my nail tech expertise especially since I asked prior to starting. Their hours say the my are open from 9am-6pm on Saturdays, but their doors were locked. There was a customer inside with two female techs and when I pulled on the door, and noticed it was locked, they just looked at me and didn't come say anything. That is rude and unprofessional! I HAVE TRIED THIS SALON AGAIN AND THE THIS IS THE ISSUES 1. They use an electronic tool to take off your nail polish not good 2. I have not seen them clean or put there tools in the blue Barbicde after they finish one client to the next .... the girl used the tools on me and then went right to the lady getting a pedicure! 3. I came here a few times years ago and did not have the greatest experiences, nothing bad but not great but this was right when they opened. Recently, years later, I have been coming to this shop for the past few months. The service is great, I get greeted by name (I don't know how Nina manages to remember so many customers names) but it definitely makes me feel valued. I went there to get my nails done for homecoming. I was not pleased. I got acrylics and had the boy. I should've known it was awful service when I was the first of my friends seated and the first one down. When he was putting on the polish my friends were still getting theirs filed. I asked for light pink and got hot pink. They were also curved. read more

What a WASTE OF MONEY!! Yes the staff is nice but my nails are not cute the first time I tried this this place my nail polish was super clumpy and it was very noticeable also the polish was all around my skin. So I went a second time to get a fill-in and pedicure. NEVER AGAIN I asked for clear with yellow tip she used a powder that wasn't yellow and the clear was pink the nail polish was clumpy AGAIN so I was in there for over 2 hours for something I didn't like or want . I had to cone back the next day to get them fixed. AGAIN my nail polish was clumpy and I had to ask for another layer because you can see through the polish. And of course the polish was my skin again . save your money or go some where else read more

I've actually gone to this place a few times. There are 1 or 2 manicurists that are pretty good but never really there & if you make appointments with them, they're never ready at your appointment time. If you sit with anyone else but the 2 that are good, you get the totally opposite end of the spectrum, you will not be satisfied. Twice, after leaving, the gel coat rubbed off of one or two fingers. The team has mood swings, one day they're cheery, the next visit they're quiet & seem annoyed by any request you have. Last resort & only if I could get the good manicurists. read more

I went in to get SNS and it was messed up. I called the manager and she removed the SNS and gave me a complete new SNS on the house to make up for the old SNS. She was sweet, gave me tips to keep my nails strong, and the place is absolutely beautiful and welcoming! Thank you to the pleasant staff!! I love my nails! Will see you in 2 weeks! read more

Unfortunately I have gone here twice. Each time the nail artist (different ones) were rude and acted if they were annoyed that they had to work. First time gel polished lasted 6 days. Second time nail polish was not applied correctly and most of my nail bed is showing. Also my fingers bled from such rough filing. I will not return to this establishment. It's not often I get to have a treat like this and it is so saddening to have these poor results. read more
