We only participated in the cowboy coaster. Our family of five had 4 drivers and one passanger which cost us $90. They had a deal of 5 drivers for $80 and would not let me purchase that. Which I thought was odd. Why not let me save some money??? I get that we would not be using 5 cars only the 4 but come on help a mom out! The people working there had no costomer service. The ride was super fun but for my $90 we only got to ride one time. I heard some other people in line got some sort of pass where they had a time limit. This was never offered or discussed with us. Again just poor sotumer service. read more

We had a wonderful day at Snow King yesterday- Skiing on the magic carpet where all of the employees working were helpful and friendly. Assisting all the little kids as they unloaded - followed by a wonderful lunch at the King Grill - we were helped by Marchelo who could not have been nicer! Marchelo went above and beyond with his friendly attitude, exceptional service and awesome music selection! read more

The newly opened Ropes Course is 'Da Bomb! We elected to do the full course, WOW! It was a real challenge both physically and mentally. In a community with a lot of diverse choices this is an attraction that must not be missed. The staff was instructive and always close by to assist you with any problems you may encounter. The views from the tree tops were sensational DO NOT MISS THIS ATTRACTION!! read more

We went to Snow King to do the high ropes course, zip lines and other summer activities. Everyone was so helpful and nice. It was rather crowded, so the lines were long. Papa Squirrel and staff at the high ropes course were great! They made sure we knew what we were doing and were safe. It was challenging and frightening, but good for kids and people of all ages - definitely builds confidence and self-esteem! read more

Our kids had fun, but I was less than satisfied with the staff, especially on the coaster ride, flaky, non-interested in their job.

Great place to bring kids if you have any. We did the luge kind of thing ( can't remember what they call it). It was a small 1-2 person car on wheels that is pulled up the mountain on tracks and you race down the hill by pressing down on the levers. Pull them up to slow down. The whole thing took about 5 to 6 minutes, and we giggled like kids even though we're middle-aged. read more

we had a BLAST on the zipline today!! Dan, Katy, and Katlyn did an amazing job with our group today. highly recommend!!!

Fun recreation center near downtown Jackson! Great for people of all ages! I personally did the mountain coaster, which was quite fun. The ability to control speed makes it great for kids, as no one has to go too fast or feel too scared. It was a really fun ride, too! It's great to be up in the mountains and see all around you! It's a bit pricey, but there isn't really anything else like this around here! I'd definitely recommend you go check it out when you're in town. read more

This mountain is an easy climb in the summer. The winter it is nice skiing. Additionally in the summer you can do the alpine slide. In 1985 my mom and I went over the mountain. We saw these wild horses. There was this beautiful white one. We went closer to see this white horse and when we got close we realized that these were wolves. We slowly backed up the mountain to safety. read more

I have been to a top-notch zipline course before so this place was a bit of a shock to me. The safety protocol here is sadly lacking. The guy who gave us our orientation for the ropes course / zipline was new to the job, gave us a very inadequate orientation and appeared to be really stoned. No helmets were worn by any guest, there was no staff supervision at any of the elevated platforms (one employee was responsible for 3 different entire arenas of ropes courses, none of which were fully in his field of vision), no occupancy control at the platforms, people on the course wearing flip-flops for footwear. A party of about 4 kids passed us on the adult ropes course, all leapfrogging over each other and pushing past us), The slides were fun but are designed for the center of gravity of children (one of the adults in our party was tossed off at a turn). This place is a serious (and preventable) accident / litigation waiting to happen. Hire some proper supervision here and beef up the safety protocol. read more

We had a blast on the cowboy coaster. Great fun place for kids and adults!!! Way better than Disneyland!! Ride your hearts out.

We came to Jackson planning on skiing Snow King the first day and then skiing Teton Village. We loved the atmosphere of Snow King so much that we ended up just staying there all week. They have lots of runs to keep you busy and the price can't be beat! We will definitely be back! read more

Very expensive for some slow moving zip lines. Also they have no plan if weather moves in. We were stuck on the top of the mountain wasting our vacation time. No refund for your inconvenience. read more

Feels like the core of the town of Jackson. Beautiful mountain with endless activities and amazing views of the town and Tetons. Great hiking, cross country mountain biking and activities for any age. The ropes course is by far the best I've ever seen. Must visit if you are in Jackson Hole. read more

We came to Snow King to tube. It was so much fun. My son and I had a blast. Here once you sign the waiver you can go headfirst, backwards, or ride the tube normal. This year they upgraded to the moving walkway although once you get on they don't want you to move at all. They also print off a card that you can put in your pocket or in your glove and you scan it every time you go up the moving walk away. Once your time is up the it scans red and won't let you through the turnstile to the walkway. There was a good number of people when we got there but the wait time was minimal if at all. They had 3 lanes and 2 workers at the top to help push people who couldn't start themselves, 1 person at the top of the walkway to make sure everyone got off safely, and 1 person at the bottom to make sure you were scanning your card and telling you when to get on the walkway. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and encouraged us to have fun. I thought it was a little pricey $20 for 1 hour, $5 for an additional hour, but then again what isn't pricey in Jackson. We just snow tubed last weekend in Minneapolis $18 for 2 hours so it was a little hard to swallow. It was also frustrating that they have a booth right at the bottom of the tube lanes but you had to walk up to the ski lift booth to buy tickets. Then you have to wait for a tablet to sign the waiver (there was a group of 8 in front of us and only 2 tablets). Our time didn't start until our first scan at the turnstile. Overall the annoying parts were minimal to how much fun we had. read more

Local of Jackson, WY. I love this mountain and have enjoyed all kinds of activities on it. But this year, they made the change to force people to purchase a season "Uphill Travel" pass to hike the mountain. It's $75. This activity has been free for every year I've lived here, it does not cost the mountain a single cent and is part of the "local's spirit" that makes it so wonderful and separates it from the greedy JHMR on the other side of the valley (except JHMR has an excuse as it is routinely the #1 resort in America). I am so saddened by this change, it breaks my heart. I cannot support this greed. read more
