The…read moreemployees and managers, I feel have zero education on retail sales /marketing of customer relations and have this cavalier attitude that they are above the clients and are able to make false accusations make up lies and portray their lack of experience and being unknowledgeable about the product and huge lack of experience! Now the clothes are cool and well made but the core managers know absolutely nothing and I would bet they lack in commerce education on Marketing,Retail Sales and my experience and evidence is because they have a 2 star rating on Yelp and a 3 star rating on google reviews and that is a fact of under achieving the goals of running a 5 star successful biz The culture in the company sucks and they need to hear it. He spent plenty of time showing me the maps and even writing down suggestions that fit my criteria. He provided great guidance on pros and cons of the area. My Ds looked around at the clothing but decided to wait before buying anything. It was a little more expensive than he expected. I really appreciated the kindness and help offered.
