I added Strawberries sans whipped cream and a side of bacon for some fatty protein. This is prolly the largest diner I have ever been to. Seating is plentiful, the decor is cute and not too disruptive, and the breakfast bar has a telly. There is even a pink Caddy that serves as a table for that unique dining experience. I didn't have time to stop and shop but The Sunlight does have a gift shop tucked in the corner. I will definitely come back when I next visit. The hospitality of the staff here is off the charts!

Jennifer and Ashley were my servers, and they made my experience even better with their friendly and attentive service. They were both super accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. I ordered the Ultimate Philly with steak, and it was absolutely delicious--packed with flavor, tender steak, and the perfect amount of cheese. For dessert, I had the apple butter cheesecake, and wow! Had a wonderful dinner with great service. Hope was an excellent waitress. Hubby had the country fried steak with mash potatoes, white sausage gravy, and a salad. Salad was served promptly and was well made. Hubby said his dinner was great. I sneaked a couple of bites of the gravy and loved it. I had the Hawaiian Tacos because I had never had them before. Who knew pulled pork with Root Beer BBQ sauce and pineapple salsa could be so good. I'd definitely have these again. The tacos were so big I ended up taking one home. I am so glad we decided to stop by. All the reviews about the excellent customer service were spot on. Jennifer was fantastic. We could hear her singing in the back. She's pretty good! We came at lunchtime the day after Christmas so it was not busy. We all had a different burger and all concluded they were delicious! Especially the Snoring Bear with goat cheese and blackberry puree. Soooo good! The mashed potatoes are homemade! I highly recommend this cute little spot. read more
