    Habanero Pork Belly
    Raul R.

Really enjoyed my experience here. The restaurant had a cool retro style than what we are typically accustomed to. Our server was pleasant and was able to speak knowledgeably about the menu, making good recommendations. I tried the habanero pork belly breakfast which combined savory and sweet. It wasn't overly spicy, nor too sweet, but was able to fuse both together perfectly to create a nice blend. I've never had jasmine rice for breakfast and this seemed like a weird addition to the plate. Don't knock it till you try it. I was told the trio pancakes were a bit too sweet and smothered in too much syrup. But I can't say I can opine on that opinion myself. My meal was nearly perfect but my sunny side up eggs were cooking just a tad too long as the yolk hardened a bit. (See photo) This place is definitely worth trying if you're looking for a break from your normal mass chain diner.

Whipped Cottage Cheese Toast with Hash Browns

This is another "not my 1st time here but 1st time reviewing" reviews. Snooze, as long as the timing works out, is my ritual on my at least once a year sojourn to Old Town Orange. Since I don't go often (because there is no Snooze in L.A.!), everytime there is something new to try. I wanted something healthy yet indulgent. This new whipped cottage cheese toast satisfied my cravings, especially since I'm still in my toast era. I'm avoiding lettuce right now, and so the hash browns were a good substitute - and they are great hash browns, especially with the yellow habenero hot sauce. The toast was pretty good, I've been skeptical of hot honey as a food trend but it worked well with the dates and everything else. A must if you are in the area!

Three of us enjoyed a family brunch. We were in a rush; they helped us by bringing the check and to-go boxes quickly. Bella Bella Benny & Smashed Avocado Benny Duo, Garden Omelette, and a protein BLT bowl. Drinks: honey oat latte, decaf coffee, and a pineapple juice

Delicious food and a delicious matcha. Ordered the spuds deluxe and vanilla almond matcha. The food was very flavorful. The drink was the star of the show. Despite it being very busy, the wait time was under 15 minutes. Background noise is at a great volume, allows for a conversation with the table. Would recommend.

Came here to have breakfast with friends. We were seated pretty quickly despite there being a little bit of a wait. The food and drinks were so good! Service was fast and speedy. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. It was a very comfortable, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Main advice is to join the Yelp waitlist when you're on the way to Snooze. For a Saturday brunch, our wait was around 40 minutes once we checked in at the hostess stand, but it's a good area with other stores to shop in while you wait. We were sat outside and our server was really friendly, maybe as present as we needed sometimes, but that's to be expected with outdoor seating on a busy day. I ordered the corned beef hash and it was solid! It wasn't spectacular, but it hit all the notes I needed it to. The menu has so many options that there's something for everyone and I would come back to try something else out (maybe a breakfast burrito). I also think that some items rotate, which is good to know if you're someone who likes to look at the menu ahead of time.

Parking can be a challenge in the area but I found paid hourly parking on the street. Patio dining is available. Loved the wicked inspired interior, high ceilings, variety of seating (bar, round booth, traditional). The hostess was friendly and sat us immediately. Iggy (server) was attentive and great. All the food was amazing! I ordered- Hot Chai, I just wish it was served in a mug and not a glass. Super Greens drink, refreshing with just the right amount of sweet with a little kick Protein Trio Omelet was perfectly cooked with the right proportion of meat and cheese. Cinnamon pancakes were off the charts, I'm gonna dream about that yumminess! Great experience overall and looking forward to going back!

Another successful Snooze location in the heart of downtown Orange. Food is pretty good and competitively priced. Service is good, but you do have to hunt down servers during busy hours. Plenty of parking available around the downtown Orange area in the parking structures Food/Drink- 4.5 stars- everything was really solid and no complaints Pork belly benedict- I really enjoyed the sweetness and savoriness of the whole meal Pancake flight- basically a breakfast dessert. I enjoyed every one of the flavors, but loved the variety (it would get monotonous ordering just 1 of the pancakes as a whole entree) Service- 4 stars All the servers are professional and accommodating. It just can get busy during their rush hour where you have to fetch for service Bottom Line Excellent breakfast spot located in the heart of downtown Orange

I came on a Sunday and put my name on the waitlist. There was a crowd of people waiting to be seated but I only waited about 15 minutes for a table. Staff were friendly and greeted us as we walked through the door. Server was super helpful as she walked us through the menu and gave us her favorite recommendations. We ended up ordering the eggs Benedict, omelet, and seasonal fruit waffle. All were really tasty and came out quick. My favorite was the pork belly eggs Benedict and seasonal fruit waffle. Inside of the restaurant was busy but to be expected for a Sunday during breakfast/lunch. Overall, a great place for breakfast/brunch!

Came here for brunch with a friend and it's been a while that I've had Snooze, but I'm glad I went! There was a 10 minute wait for a table as it was a weekend. The server was super kind and checked in throughout the meal. I got the snooze classic which came with 3 eggs, a choice of protein, hash browns and the choice of either toast or tortilla. It also came with a side of jam. The dish was $15.50 and was very filling! The food came out hot and paired really well with hot sauce.

DISCONNECTED & ODD. Upon arrival, I was a little perplexed by the service as all the team members seemed to be on a different page. I sat at the bar as it was the fastest seating option for a solo diner on a Sunday morning and noticed some interesting things. For one, my "waitress" disappeared and so I was handed off to a new one. My next waitress wasn't very attentive, but she was a little nicer and I could tell she was new. My whole experience was very awkward and left me unimpressed compared to other Snooze locations. I got a "kiss my feet" aura from some of the crew and that left a bad taste in my mouth. My only reason for giving this location a three-star rating is the food and lattes. My breakfast was amazing and my honey oat latte really hit the spot. I sat by a nice gentleman to my right, but we were both a bit out of our element due to the service. The bar/counter is great for a morning game, I got to see some events on the screen while waiting. Overall, the location is huge and has a plenty of room for multiple parties. I spotted an outdoor patio with shaded seating (at least it was shaded while I was there). You'll find this Snooze in Old Towne near Plaza Park. There's paid parking nearby, but it's totally walkable if you live nearby or find a free parking space elsewhere.

Really just your standard American brunch/breakfast diner. They have a lot of interesting drinks though! Their always busy as well, but the line moves fast. Food came out quick and no complaints! I really enjoyed the tomato soup and grilled cheese! The blueberry pancakes also hit the spot! I tried my boyfriend's pancake flight, and would highly recommend the potato pancake. It sounds interesting/weird, but really has great flavor!!

The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, though the indoor dining area is on the smaller side. The bar area is even more intimate, with only a few two-person tables and has a much darker, moodier atmosphere compared to the bright feel of the main dining room. I tried the Blueberry Scone ($5), Bacon Onion White Pizza ($20), and Truffle Mushroom Burger ($25). Unfortunately, the scone was the biggest disappointment as it was quite dry and I wasn't a fan of the walnuts. The pizza and burger, however, were both solid choices but nothing that stood out. My favorite part of the meal was actually the shoestring fries, which were perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. Service was just okay. After taking our order, our server never came back to check on us, refill our water glasses, or see if we needed anything else. One thoughtful touch was having sinks located outside the restrooms for anyone who just wanted to wash their hands. That said, the restroom layout felt a bit awkward. The doors were difficult to maneuver, especially with the toilets located immediately inside, and the toilets themselves were noticeably low. Parking can be challenging on weekends, particularly during the breakfast and lunch rush. Most of the nearby street parking is metered and while we only paid about $3.40 for two hours, finding an available spot might take a bit of patience.
