Had a great first experience at Snooze. We had a 10 minute wait at 9:00 on a Saturday morning. Parking was easy and available. The room was full of people, yet not too loud that we couldn't carry on a conversation. The atmosphere was clean, bright, and inviting. Finally tried this place last weekend and it was beyond amazing! The food is so delicious!!! The pancakes are stellar and the cornbeef hash will make you want to jump up and dance!!! We decided to check out this restaurant on Buford Drive, in Buford, GA. I did not realize it was a breakfast/brunch place. We signed up for their rewards program on the app. We ordered the Signature Pancake flight which included 3 pancakes (Sweet Potato, Blue Berry Danish and Pineapple Upside Down). I ordered it with Sweet Potato but changed the other two pancakes. Sides are sold separately. The Sweet Potato was so good! I highly recommend it. No syrup is needed. I was impressed. I will have to come again to dine in as it was fully crowded and having a 30 - 45 minute wait. Be sure to go early as we went Sunday at 11:00. The atmosphere was ok and very crowded. I love this chain!! However last Sunday we were very disappointed with the service. The waitress was cute and bubbly and the restaurant was clean however our food took FOREVER . The reason I frequent Snooze is because of their excellent gluten free food. I have to be so careful about where I eat because I get very sick if I eat gluten. We were seated right away, our drinks arrived quickly but we started noticing that people were coming in, eating and then leaving and we hadn't seen or heard from our server. I really don't know how long we sat there but eventually our server delivered our pancakes and said that they had a new cook and she was having difficulty making my breakfast gluten free. When the food was delivered it was cold . As an apology she brought out a coupon for a free pancake. I am not sure if I will go back to MOG location if I need to be concerned about the cooks ability to prepare gluten free food. read more

We dined at the bar two Sundays ago and we had a fantastic visit from start to finish! The restaurant was super bright and colorful and very clean. The food was excellent, my boyfriend and I shared the spuds deluxe and the strawberry shortcake pancakes which I would highly recommend either. The highlight of the entire visit was the bar staff taking care of us. Jamie and August were so sweet and we really enjoyed chatting with them as we dined, they 100% made the experience ten times better. They were also training a gentleman named Miguel, who despite being busy learning still stopped to help us once or twice. I would highly recommend dining here if you are thinking about it! read more

The seating was way too crowded. The only good seating is the private booth seating. Other than that you are on top of other guests, hearing every bit of their conversations. The table next to us arrived and ordered after us and got their food before us and another table that was there before us as well. The wait was not an enjoyable one. I came to Snooze because I picked up some food from here and it smelled good. I also seen beautiful plates from people sitting. It does have a different cake-like texture but it is amazing.. alone. The Strawberry and cream flavor they put on top rubbed it for me. It didn't taste like strawberry (and to me eating the actual staccato that was on top which was wonderful). I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Snooze! From the moment my kids & I walked in it was a great ambiance. We were greeted with smiles by our waitress, Rebecca, who made us feel so welcome. She was attentive & got our entire order correct, making the experience extra special. When I mentioned that my son was special needs, Rebecca shared that she has a special needs child of her own, which made our connection even more meaningful. As a single mom with an 8-year-old daughter & an autistic son, it meant so much that both Rebecca & the manager, Ashley, showed love. They even comped the meal for my son, which was such a thoughtful gesture. On a day that was challenging for us, their kindness & generosity really brightened our spirits. Let start this review off with my greeting as i walked in the door of Snooze. Starting with the hostesses Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Lexi, i got a very nice welcome along with a smile. Now having a morning like i did, I needed some good southern hospitality. Ms. Vanessa seated me and Ms. Ms. Jami was my waitress. When i say Ms. Jami was the bomb diggity waitress. OMG! She was very attentive and i guess she saw the frustration of the morning blues on my face. She asked how was my day so far, and I kindly drowned her with my aggrevations. We laughed and after asking to see my ID, she suggested an adult beverage if that's something I entertain. And of course i obliged and opted to get the beautiful and tasteful Sangerita. Hats off to the bartender for making the cocktail. Later I gave Ms. Jami my food order which was the Monte Cristo and a side of sautéed spinach. While waiting i observed Ms. Namia, being very attentive to her guest table. The type hospitality, family type energy this staff gave on this day was top notch. I asked Ms. Jami everybody's name who I noticed just so I could write this review. I hope I got everybody's name correctly. Ms. Tameka and Mr. Jodi was AAAAAMAZING TODAY as well. And again with the attention to detail with ALL the guest was super. I don't believe not one customer was left to wonder anything. I asked to speak with the manager and Mrs. Ashley came quickly to hear if i had any concerns. HECK NAW!!!! i didn't . I told her i just wanted to commend her staff on their awesome work and customer service they have for this restaurant. And to give her, her koodos as well on her managerial skills with having an awesome team. Ms. Ashley was proud to hear how professional her team is and greatly thank me for acknowledging it. Emphasizing how hard they work to make this new location the best. I had to assure her that they are on the right track and to keep up the amazing work. I ordered the Protein BLT bowl. I told my waitress bacon one the side as I don't eat bacon. When my check came out she charged me for a side of bacon. I asked her why was I charged for side of bacon? She said your meal did not come with bacon. Clearly, it does come with bacon. What does BLT stand for?! The waitress did not apologize or help resolve the issue. No resolution was done.
