This place is a great find! It's tucked away in a shopping center behind an In n Out. Cute little shop with friendly employees giving aloha vibes. They have a good sized ice cream selection and a nice selection of shave ice flavors. We both got the Rainbow with Snow Cap. Really nice soft, fluffy ice that was handled gently. They know what they're doing here! And just the right amount of syrup! Not stingy or drowning. Just really good and refreshing. A winner for sure. read more

This place is ok! My friends and I visited on a Friday night just for a quick sweet treat. There was a car meet in the lot so there were a lot of loud cars, and they also share the lot with in n out so parking is tough. The shop is small and clean, they also have a bathroom. I ordered the sugar free pina colada option with li hing mui and mochi. I was so surprised they had li hing mui and I really liked it! I got mine without the soft serve, which is probably why I thought this place was mid lol. I can see how mixing the shaved ice with ice cream would be good. The mochi topping was average. read more

Been a fan of shaved ice for awhile but can never find a place close enough to me or the ones that are, end up closing. So when my manager told me about this place, I knew I had to go, that same day to be honest. The place is located in a shopping center right across from an In and Out which makes the parking situation a bit complicated. Highly recommend parking away from the entrance to not get trapped from the vehicle line for In and Out. During my visit, we ended up stopping by an hour before closing so it wasn't too busy. The place itself is cute and has some cool decor. Staff is friendly and will give you their recommendations if you ask. I ended up ordering the Dragonberry Delight which comes with lychee ice with fresh strawberries with vanilla soft serve. Everything is topped with condensed milk which made it taste even better. The whole thing was very refreshing. This is definitely the stop for those hot summer nights and to enjoy some good shaved ice and ice cream. I will definitely be back. read more

I went with my grandkids for lunch and discovered this little snow cone/ice cream place at Saddleback Plaza in Orange. Parking gets to be a problem especially at lunchtime because it's located near the In and Out Burgers. Very clean, and the decor is a bit kitschy and cute. Our service was very good, only one person, but very helpful and friendly. I suspect it's relatively new and doesn't have the following that their Mission Viejo store has because it was empty at lunch. We ordered the Sour Bug Guts and the Shark Attack...very good and creative. The kids loved it and said they wanted to back with Mom. I've been here a couple times and I absolutely love it. The matcha shaved ice is so good, the soft serve adds a nice touch to it. I went towards the end of the day, the store was empty. It was nice and quiet in the store. The worker was very nice and helpful when it came to ordering. I felt like the menu was a bit overwhelming, They also had another menu for some of the air monthly recommendations. I ended up going with the Tropical treat. It was pineapple and Orange juice ice with strawberries and vanilla soft service. I felt like eh flavor of the ice was underwhelming. I felt it could have used more of both flavors. I also felt like i had a lot of ice cream which isn't a bad thing. But it was definitely giving creamsicle. Also it made it more sweeter than i was expecting. I was able to ask for more ice on the side which helped. As for the strawberries they weren't sweet. Like they were just plain sour. Which was disappointing. The cashier invited us to try several flavors, so she made little snowy samples soaked with different syrups. Several fruity options tasted the same and didn't quite match their name.  Of the samples, our favorite was lychee, so we ordered the Dragonberry Delight: lychee syrup poured over shaved ice with vanilla soft serve, topped with tart strawberries and a drizzle of condensed milk. I enjoyed it, but my friend thought it was just okay. We found several not-bite-sized ice cubes inside our cup. All of the flavors seem incredibly delicious, but my daughter and I agree that Shark Attack and Orange Dream are tied for first. My go to shaved ice is the Thai Paradise because it has mochi and mangos, which are my two favorite toppings for shaved ice. I normally get the small, and I think it is more than enough for one person; I honestly couldn't finish it. My husband loves the Dragonberry Delight, which is also pretty good too. The ambiance is very clean, welcoming, and gave us aloha vibes with the pictures of the beach on the wall. It made want to go to Hawaii again. 1st the shaved ice and staff serving are always great. We frequent this location and glad they opened this location in Orange. Would have been 5 stars but a couple month ago they moved to paper cups which are horrible. I get that paper cups are better for the environment than styrofoam but with this shaved ice paper cups do not hold up very well. Once the hot days of summer come it will melt instantly. I don't really like complaining great customer service I paid almost $12 for mine since I got extra ice cream and condensed milk so the cups really are horrible. I got the XL and when I lifted it up cut folded in half and spilled all my ice cream all over my Audi really upsetting specially because I was looking forward to eating this instead of threw it away to the trash please please change the cups and the bad thing is that they don't have a phone number to talk to them. We saw them at a little league event, and at first I thought ok, just a cheap little shaved ice for my son to keep him occupied during his brother's game. I didn't realize they are legit shaved ice, with the creamy soft serve plus the ice and flavors! The two individuals running the booth were SO kind and generous to my son and I!!! I will start of by saying I had high hopes and was very excited because I LOVE shaved ice! However this treat was extremely underwhelming and I probably won't be going back after the one time I have been unless there are some changes to be honest. The cashier was a pleasant and kind man who was the highlight of the experience he truly seemed happy to be there. The ice cream though was not good. It wasn't what I was expecting at all. Traditional shaved ice has ALOT of the shaved ice WITH FLAVOR on top of a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream and it's usually amazing. It is a common treat in islands like Hawaii. I was hoping to get the same deal here. At Sno2go they put wayyyyyyyy too much soft serve ice cream and not enough shaved ice ? Why am I paying over 7 DOLLARS for vanilla soft serve that has no flavor ? I couldn't even taste the honey dew ice flavor I got. The fresh fruit mixed in a a very nice gesture but these treats NEED MORE SHAVED ICE! Less vanilla like a couple scoops of ice cream from a tub would be way better truthfully. The fresh fruit should stay that's always nice. If those improvements are ever made then maybe just maybe these treats would be worth their price. In desperate need of help.
