I was not expecting the protein to be that heavily drenched with soy sauce. It was actually pooled at the bottom of the plate, even drenching the rice and became the sole overwhelming flavor. The service was good. The worker was friendly and helpful when I had questions. There's a few tables inside but maybe don't bring a big group. It can be somewhat loud since music is playing and also depending on if others are inside the restaurant. For perspective, there were only two other people in the restaurant and I could hear their voices echoing when I sat on the other side. Mind you, they weren't speaking that loudly either. The fish seems really fresh and I prefer the texture of the fish here more than elsewhere. Pretty good find! Location and Parking - It's in a strip mall with a lot of other good food spots. So parking wasn't that easy, especially since a good section of the lot was sectioned off for complimentary valet parking (but we all know that means we have to pay tip). This update is for their Honeymee ice cream. I got the Matcha affogato and it was sooo good!! 5/5. I haven't never tried anything but their poke bowls here but this was such a wonderful surprise. I now want to try all the Honeymee flavors. The honey drizzle and the matcha was so good with the vanilla ice cream made of real milk. There are no reviews on their ice cream but wow i was surprised that it was worth mentioning on an updated review.
