Came here for a weekday work lunch and it was a great choice. Parking is easy with a big lot, it wasn't too busy, and the food came out quickly -- perfect for a fast, no-stress lunch break. Crispy, with excellent texture. I expected it to be greasy, but it wasn't greasy whatsoever! The bowl tasted fresh and not overly seasoned, which is nice. The rice was done right (I'm Asian and this is critical). The katsu chicken was very dry, but it was hefty. I wish it weren't breast but thigh, which may be a good solution. I am not a fan of the sauce, which is a little too sweet but not adding much to the fried chicken. The brioche bread was good, but it was very soggy at the bottom, but I guess that was the trade-off for having it to go?
