Located at South Coast Plaza near Bloomingdales, Collage Culinary Experience is a A-list food court befitting of this upscale mall. They have Asian-leaning offerings and waffles by Bruxie. If you want tea, they have Cha Redefine and Chagee (coming soon). If you want soup, you can get really top quality pho at PhoHolic or shrimp ramen at Le Shrimp Ramen. If you want the famous garlic crab from Crustacean of Beverly Hills and SF, then you can get it at AnQi. For dumps and xiao long bao, there's Paradise Dynasty. They even have churros and mochi doughnuts if you want something sweet to balance your savories. Went to Bruxie at the collage! love how clean and nice it is with many different food options! Afterwards you can even go shopping at South Coast. The service is mostly self serve tho so I can't speak to how the staff are but it seems nice and neat. Love it read more

False advertisement. There are QR codes all around this food court, advertising $10 off a purchase in exchange for a review. When I tried to use this at Cha Redefine, they told me that they cannot honor this because this QR code has been invalid since the holiday season and that no vendor in the food court accepts this anymore. It's now July, so I wonder, if this QR code is no longer valid, then why is it still all over the place? It's quite deceptive and inconvenient. read more

Got an iced matcha latte 50% sweet with oatmilk at Cha Redefine. Very smooth texture and good flavor. A tiny bit too milk heavy, but otherwise one of the better matchas I've had. Collage Culinary Experience is a two story collection of eateries located on the Bloomingdale's side of south coast plaza. There are quite a few eateries, all Asian, that offer a range of things from noodles, to pho to mochi donuts and boba drinks. This place is a little hidden behind Bloomingdale's. If you're coming from inside the mall, just walk towards Bloomingdale's and keep going past all the Bloomingdale's bedding, crystal and kitchenware to the neon lights of this little food hall. They have different restaurants that are all separate from one another. This isn't a food court per se because there isn't really a common area to get take out from different places. We dined at phoholic, but the noodle place and Korean place also looked good. We didn't even make it upstairs. But there are more places to eat upstairs too. I had planned on getting a milk tea from the cha place, but I was too full of pho. Haha next time! There were quite a few people dining at the different places or waiting in line for mochi donuts or drinks. So it gets crowded!! read more

Also had a caramel cold brew and I would recommend a sipper lid so the coffee comes through the cold brew and caramel while you sip.
