This has become my go to meal spot. The restaurant is always really clean and has an open airy feel. The food bar has so many options to choose from. My regular order is the cream pasta with sausage added. It's so good and equally good without the added sausage. You can create your own dish as well. I have had this place on my radar for a while and finally made it over there today, I should not have waited so long. LOL Lots of parking in a massive lot, lots of dessert and coffee options to follow up a great meal. Like a "Chipotle" style of Asian fusion and they have something really good going on. The have individual spinning wok style cookers that they do each bowl in. You start with the carbs, various noodles and other base options. Rice options not visible but available in white and brown. Turn the corner and the veggie and fruit selection is pretty big. Dial it all in and they add two meat choices. Add a topping and tell them HEAVY GARLIC!! Pay the bill, sit down and in just a few minutes your self designed master piece is at the table. You can go easy (lazy) too and pick from pre designed line ups that all look amazing. I got two pork options and my wife got shrimp. We both got a lot of meat, my wife said a few times "he gave a lot of shrimp". This spot is not super close to home for me but I have a feeling we will be making this trip often. This place has been down the street from my house for awhile, and we just tried it for the first time. It was amazing! The portion size is huge, and you can load up on anything you want (besides the protein because they scoop that for you). It's cooked on the spot and served quickly. This place is essentially like mongolian bbq where you load up your bowl with different veggie, meat or tofu, and noodle options and you can add sauces and they cook it for you. What i will say is this is my favorite place to go instead of mongolian bbq because they have many noodle options. My favorite are the glass noodles and i mix them with some udon and add all my favorite veggies and tofu as my meat. I love adding the sweet and sour sauce mixed with the volcano sauce for some spice. They then cook it in this cylindrical spinning bowl over fire. Its funny when one of my pieces of broccoli goes flying out. The smells when you receive your steaming plate of food is my favorite. The cook and the guy that assists behind the counter are so nice. I would definitely reccomend and it doesnt break the bank for the amount of food you get. I LIKE TO EAT and this is enough food for lunch and dinner. read more

Tried Whealthy for the first time and I definitely enjoyed the flavors! There are so many options to choose from that it would take me a long time to get through the item and sauce combinations. We ordered ahead which I probably wouldn't do again because I'd prefer to gauge how much of each item I want for myself next time. The place is small and gets pretty busy. There wasn't much staff when we went so one guy was hustling hard. Enjoyed watching the rotating woks that cook the food but felt super bad for the person in front of it! I can't imagine how uncomfortable that gets, especially in summer. I'll definitely be back! read more

This place is surprisingly good and the meats were cooked well. I was initially not expecting much but to be honest it's a solid quick casual meal. We came in for a quick lunch and shared a Build-Your-Own Bowl Portion between the both of us. The concept of this place is very similar to a Mongolian BBQ joint. The staff behind the counter gives you a tray with an empty bowl and you can fill your bowl with as much carbs or veggies as you'd like, as long as it fits within the bowl. We filled up our bowl with the thicker yellow noodles (egg noodles), lots of vegetables, and beef with an extra side of Shrimp for extra protein. As for sauces, we opted for a combination of the Sweet and Spicy sauce and the Spicy Soy sauce for a bit of heat to our noodles. After we paid and handed our tray off to the staff, the interesting part starts next: the cook throws our food in the shop's special automatically rotating wok! This contraption, along with the cook's supervision, tosses together the ingredients and coats them in our selected sauces. The result came out to be a delicious noodle stir-fry. The sauces and noodles were moist and tasty, not dry at all. The beef and shrimp were fine but nothing amazing in terms of texture. The vegetables were nicely cooked through as well. All in all, it's a very good deal for a meal, as long as you're strategic in filling up and stacking stuff in your bowl. Whoa! Whealthy! What an excellent find! I got the build your own bowl. I started with egg noodles and added lots of veggies and roasted garlic. I got to choose two proteins so I picked beef and also some marinated beef. Finally I chose a sauce. I had them mix black bean and spicy sweet sauces and add another scoop of garlic. It was all cooked up for me like at a favorite Mongolian spot would do and brought in a steaming bowl to my table. Sodas are refillable which is great value! My son had the cream pasta which comes with chicken and he added shrimp. It's like an Alfredo dish. He said it was delicious! It had shaved parmigiana! From jump I was worried because I stood at the counter for a few minutes without even being acknowledged but once I was helped things were good. I was a little overwhelmed with the amount of options for the custom bowl and had no idea what would work well together so I opted this trip to try the cream pasta. It was pretty good, it came with chicken, mushrooms, and onions, next time I would get without the onion as there was quite a lot of it. The cod roe pasta didn't have very strong crab flavor but it was super creamy with the cheese on top and the flavors were light and delicate. My only complaint was the smaller portion. Highly recommend trying the duck ragu! It had hints of sweetness and a nice flavor of duck if you like duck. All the dishes were also around 20-25 dollars which is extremely well priced especially the pizza. Service and ambiance is also always top tier here.

My daughter is adventurous and loves trying different kinds of food. I made reservations a month in advance for a party of 5. 2 adults, 13, 10 and 7yo. We came here on August 2nd. Their brunch is only available the first Sunday of the month. First of all, it's been very warm in orange county and we noticed that it was warm in the restaurant. Stuffy and you can barely feel the air conditioning. They only had lamb that day as their protein option. They ran out towards the middle of our meal, and they had to cook up some steak (flank?). You get one non-alcoholic drink ticket. There were about 5 different options and my husband and I saved our tickets for the kids so they can try a few more since we were limited to one ticket each. A few other options they had included chicken pho (basic and very little flavor), steamed sui mai (meat dumplings) that tasted like it was frozen and over cooked, fried egg (literally just that), spring roll, fried wontons, and one chocolate dessert. Remember this is an AYCE brunch! I was floored. Of course I spoke to the manager after dinner and he gave me the most annoyed and disgusted look. He was a tall, Asian man that looked like he was in his late 20s. I saw an older Caucasian man standing next to him and he looked like he could have been the owner or someone in charge, so I asked and sure enough he was the owner. He was kind and attentive the entire time. But I basically told the owner that I didn't like the way the manager side eyed me and frowned as soon as I said I'd like to speak to the manager. In any case, I told them everything that I had mentioned here. The owner took down my email address and phone number and offered to invite us back another time. I was optimistic that maybe they would send me an email to apologize and to invite us to come back. I was tempted to write this review immediately after I left but I thought I would just sit on it. I figured maybe they would be nice and try to make things right. A week later... no email or call. It's been over a month and nothing. Why bother take down my information if you're not going to do anything about it? We walked out paying almost $400 for a terrible and grossly expensive meal and we all left hungry and unhappy. My husband I and haven't been here since the AnQi's famous garlic noodles days so it's been at least 10 years. We thought we'd come back and check out the brunch with our kids. Unimpressed. Will never come back again. Hands down worst $$$ meal ever. AnQi - Please do better.

The Food Between the four of us, we ordered the Parmesan Fries, two variations of pho, the Filet Mignon Fried Rice, and the Cajun Garlic Noodles. The Parmesan Fries were a very generous portion, exceptionally crispy, beautifully seasoned, and--in terms of flavor--just about perfect. My only complaint was that they were noticeably oily. Other than that, I couldn't find much fault with them. The Filet Mignon Pho was a treat. The beef was exactly as promised: tender and flavorful. What surprised me was the distinct kiss of cinnamon in the broth. Personally, I would have preferred to suspect the cinnamon rather than clearly taste it, but that's entirely a matter of preference. My wife loved every bite. I also managed to steal a taste of the Filet Mignon Fried Rice. While I certainly didn't regret my own order, I immediately knew what I'll be having next time. The filet was wonderfully tender and juicy, and the rice had a beautifully rounded, savory flavor. A real winner. My Cajun Garlic Noodles were excellent. The sauce had just the right consistency--rich and creamy, yet still delicate enough that the garlic and seasoning weren't buried underneath it. It was certainly on the heavier side, but somehow managed not to leave me feeling weighed down afterward. Rich without becoming exhausting is not an easy balance to strike. The Atmosphere SUP has a modern, distinctly Asian noodle-bar feel. Hard surfaces, no carpeting, and very little acoustic dampening mean that, in polite restaurant language, the atmosphere is lively. In less polite restaurant language: it's loud. That didn't bother us, and it actually suited the casual, energetic atmosphere. But I probably wouldn't choose SUP for a quiet, intimate dinner--or for hearing a lengthy story in which every single word matters. The Service This was the standout. We were not the world's easiest table. Between four first-time customers, individual likes and dislikes, questions about the menu, and various dietary requirements, we gave our waiter plenty to work with. Chase was patient throughout. He explained things, repeated things when necessary, answered our questions, and helped guide each of us toward something that suited us. By the end of dinner, all four of us were convinced we'd ordered the right thing. I'm fairly difficult to impress when it comes to restaurant service, but Chase impressed me. This isn't fine dining, nor should it be judged as such. What stood out was something much simpler: at every opportunity, Chase did a little more than was required of him. He was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without lecturing, and patient without ever making us feel that we were being difficult. That deserves recognition. The Bottom Line We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the service, and our evening at SUP Noodle Bar. The food was flavorful and well prepared, portions were generous, and the service--particularly from Chase--was exceptional. The only caveat I would mention is the noise level, and that certainly won't stop me from returning. In fact, I already know what I'm ordering next time: That Filet Mignon Fried Rice.

Honestly, the food is bed, that is it. They just open. Their ordering process is too complecated. They said they only take Doordash order, but you can visit the store and make your own bowl which was not available from Doordash. They are busy, so the food comes out slowly. That is okay, but one of the worker kept using a same glove for serving whole customers. It is nasty. The food has too much oil, so I could not finish it. The concept is putting as much as portion you can, but it does not matter because you will not eat all of it. It is not a healthy food. read more

Very good! I ordered on Yelp, and they made pretty fast! The place is also clean. The plate tastes fresh, it came very hot, you can tell they just made it. The sauce i chose was the spicy soy, and it is a little more to the sweet side, I will choose a diferente one next time, but I am glad I didn't choose the sweet one, which would be too much for my taste.
