Hands down one of the best chicken pho and firecrackers prawns in town. No Reservations needed. They have walk up coffee bar on the side which is part of the main noodles bar too. A Great cup of Hot green tea with a beautiful Japanese inspired tea pot made of iron. Chef Han is easy going and well mannered host and food service attendant who is very professional and knowledgeable. His chef makes the hot wok fired dishes directly behind him. The two guys are managing the coffee bar next door. A good team working together and making everything and everyone has a pleasant experience today. Thanks guys you are Amazing in every way. The highlight of my weekend for sure. The staff are incredibly friendly and are so attentive to you. You can sit yourself anywhere on the bar but if you have enough people, they will sit you at a table in the back to accommodate you. The menu is simple yet innovative while having its traditional classics. The beef pho is a great choice if you're going for the first time. The Noods to Go is a high endy take out place where you can order stir-fried noodles or a fusion bowl on the go. Both the store and cart is located on the 2nd floor across from the Bloomingdales store. I ordered from the cart and was able to enjoy their Dubai chocolate macaron. Liked the subtle pistachio flavored and chocolate taste. I also got their matcha flavor macaroon and this one is a definite go to. Loved the matcha flavor which is quite intense just how I like it. I also got their lavender latte (large for $5.50) and it was good. Next time I'll try out their savory items and take them to go. Overall service was ok. I did find the price for their bowls and macaron a bit pricier than other places but given that this is located in South Coast plaza, it makes sense. read more

While running errands and not having had lunch yet, I came across Noods at Bloomingdale's right across from the parking lot where staff are nice and they are quick on my order to go. The food looks so good from the customers that are sitting at the bar. I can't wait to try it. Can't wait to try other things on their menu next. I was on the run for a work trip but ANQI noods and PHO DUMPLINGS on the go?? Obviously had to have my priorities straight. Abraham answered all my questions about the menu and made sure that I had everything quickly. It was a delicious snack and as picky as I am about pho, this hit the spot. Imagine xlbs but you have pho inside. The broth was perfect, the meat was so tender like you would normally have with Pho Tai. They told me that the cart is permanent which was surprising to me. The ambiance of the location felt normal as it is just across from the paradise dynasty. The matcha eispanner I got was really delicious. The cream ontop is coconut base and it felt super refreshing, something different from all other matcha places. He was a fantastic server and I couldn't believe she would talk down on him so rudely in front of the entire bar. Coffee latte has an amazing smooth flavor, without that bitter after taste. Has a clean sweet taste! The bar-seating waiting system is horrible where they just allow customers to change their seats.
