    Beef Pho

The highlight of my weekend for sure. The staff are incredibly friendly and are so attentive to you. You can sit yourself anywhere on the bar but if you have enough people, they will sit you at a table in the back to accommodate you. The menu is simple yet innovative while having its traditional classics. The beef pho is a great choice if you're going for the first time. Hefty portion of noodles, thick slides of rare beef, and a healthy amount of onion. All around an amazing place if you're ever in South Coast Plaza.

The Noods to Go is a high endy take out place where you can order stir-fried noodles or a fusion bowl on the go. Both the store and cart is located on the 2nd floor across from the Bloomingdales store. I ordered from the cart and was able to enjoy their Dubai chocolate macaron. Liked the subtle pistachio flavored and chocolate taste. I also got their matcha flavor macaroon and this one is a definite go to. Loved the matcha flavor which is quite intense just how I like it. I also got their lavender latte (large for $5.50) and it was good. Next time I'll try out their savory items and take them to go. Overall service was ok. I did find the price for their bowls and macaron a bit pricier than other places but given that this is located in South Coast plaza, it makes sense.

While running errands and not having had lunch yet, I came across Noods at Bloomingdale's right across from the parking lot where staff are nice and they are quick on my order to go. The food looks so good from the customers that are sitting at the bar. I can't wait to try it. Can't wait to try other things on their menu next. Tonight I'm having their orange chicken on egg noodles. Cool place.. nice and intimate, friendly. Good for a date or solo.

I was on the run for a work trip but ANQI noods and PHO DUMPLINGS on the go?? Obviously had to have my priorities straight. Abraham answered all my questions about the menu and made sure that I had everything quickly. It was a delicious snack and as picky as I am about pho, this hit the spot. Imagine xlbs but you have pho inside. The broth was perfect, the meat was so tender like you would normally have with Pho Tai. I'm sad I didn't have time to eat their garlic noodles but this is a worth a visit. Already looking forward to my next visit.

First time here had a wonderful experience with Han! He is amazing from recommending food, drinks, and his service was impeccable. If you need a quick bite but want to sit down. I highly recommend coming here. Ask for Han! I will definitely come here again because of him. The food was great, but the service was AMAZING! The ambiance is chill relaxing and is meant for a quick bite.

Love this coffee cart! It's right by the Bloomingdale's food court entrance in front of Paradise Dynasty. Service is super quick and easy, perfect for grabbing coffee on the go. Their Vietnamese coffee is SO good!!

The NOODS restaurant has a cafe cart right across from it that sells cafe items such as coffee, matcha, and snacks. The service was super friendly and the workers were really nice. They told me that the cart is permanent which was surprising to me. The ambiance of the location felt normal as it is just across from the paradise dynasty. The matcha eispanner I got was really delicious. The cream ontop is coconut base and it felt super refreshing, something different from all other matcha places. They make the matcha with the traditional tea ceremony which was super amazing to see. The taste of the matcha was definitely present in the drink. Overall, the drink is really good

The area was so cute and cozy! They also have a really cute matcha stand in front of the restaurant. I didn't get the chance to their drinks, but they also had a lot of options for desserts. The cart does close early, so go early if you want to try their matcha! Pros: - The dumplings were crispy and filled. - The sauce was amazing, it was sweet and savory. - The service was nice, very helpful and kind. - I love the vibe at the restaurant. Cons: - The portion was smaller than expected. Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious! But I do think that it was on the pricier side. Although, I do agree that it can also be based on the location. Overall, I did enjoy the food and service but I don't think I can justify spending that much on 4 pieces of dumplings. If you want to give it a try, it is definitely a very cute restaurant. Thank you for reading!

Iced Latte with strawberry cold foam and dirty matcha

Seriously some of the best coffee I've had in a while! Not burnt, so smooth, the cart is so adorable and the barista knows GREAT coffee and matcha. He was so knowledgeable and recommended these drinks, we were so happy with our orders. If you see the barista in the picture (didn't get his name ) the coffee will be delicious, guaranteed! Can't wait to go back and get more

The beef pho dumplings are soo yummy and the broth is rich! Has all the Vietnamese flavors you could ask for. The truffle soy sauce paired well with the chicken and pork dumplings. Kinda pricey for what you get though. One thing that I found completely unprofessional was that the Asian female manager was very rude and demeaning towards the server (I think his name is Han). He was a fantastic server and I couldn't believe she would talk down on him so rudely in front of the entire bar. He did nothing wrong and was polite with a great attitude. -2 stars for the manager berating her hardworking employees. I hope management has a talk with her.

We saw how he was with other tables and he was just as pleasing with others. Their menu size is perfect. They have a little bit of everything but not a huge selection that makes it hard to decide. For drinks we got the REFILLABLE lychee lemonade which was amazing! There were 2 pieces of lychees in the drink at the start. We also got the Ube Beer which my bf loved. Slightly sweet light flavor "In between a beer and cider if order again". We ordered the calamari, chicken wings (Parmesan that came with garlic), hamachi tostada, ribeye garlic noodles, shrimp and pork wontons (steamed) and the seasonal special scallops. The food was amazing!!! The calamari was pretty average, but had a good portion size!! We ordered 2 hamachi tostadas because they were so good. The tuna was fresh, the sauces were amazing, and the crunch of the tostada was amazing! Highly recommend! The garlic noodles were an 8/10. Steak was good and the noodles were a good portion. Chicken wings were very flavorful and the parm/garlic made it. Highly recommend! The wontons were also an 8/10. Really good flavor/sauce in the dish also recommended. The scallops were memorable. They were on the special menu and it was trulyyyy so delicious and just as fresh as the tostada. I hope they still have it cause you need to try it and the flavors. It was my bf birthday and they gave him a matcha cheesecake with caramel drizzle. It was the perfect size and not too rich or sweet. Delectable our experience was amazing overall and the outdoor seating was very nice under the tree with nice lighting.

We got the picanha fried rice, filet Mignon lomo saltado, beef and mushroom fried rice, and shrimp garlic noodles. Picanha Fried Rice (4/5) - The picanha was cooked perfectly and paired really nice with the fried rice. The green sauce definitely complimented the dish overall but I think there could've been a little more seasoning added to the fried rice overall. It was missing some salt or spice (which you can ask for on the side). Beef and Mushroom Rice (3.5/5) - This was a tasty and classic dish but I would suggest getting other dishes. Portion was great though! Shrimp Garlic Noodles (4/5) - The noodles were great, you can really taste the garlic in them but the Parmesan was a little overpowering personally. I wish they used unpeeled shrimp since it caused a little bit of a mess with using hands. The overall dish was good but was missing a little bit of flavor. Definitely tasted better asking for chili oil and their spicy sauce to mix in with it. Filet Mignon Lomo Saltado (4.5/5) - This is one of my favorite dishes at any restaurant so I had to get it here. The seasoning was perfect on the fries, steak, and onions (there was a little too much salt) and all paired well with the rice. Service was great, the restaurant was really clean. Will be back!

Drinks and food were both good, worth the wait. Chicken Wings -crispy and light, chicken was soo juicy. We loved the raw minced garlic sprinkled over top. Saltado Fries (w/ Filet Mignon)- Sauce/glaze they used to stir fry the dish was just the right amount of sweet and stickiness. Something about their green sauce is so addicting. Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly, we ordered it medium. Chifa Fried Rice (with Filet Mignon)- fried rice had plenty of wok heat aroma. Next time if we ordered both the fried rice and saltado fries, we might opt for a different protein rather than both being Filet Mignon. Garlic Butter Prawns -shrimp had the perfect snap and cooked perfectly. Sauce paired well with the rice, rich and decadent. Rib Bone Soup -sooo good! Beef ribs were fall off the bone tender. Soup was clear but flavorful which helped wash down the rest of our meal. If you love glass noodles, you have to give this a go.

I really recommend the pear salad because the arugula, burrata, the dressing with the Korean pear is so refreshing. One downside is that they're a bit too pricey now so I don't go as much as I did before.
