Wow this food is so delicious! I tried them at a local soccer match and it is very filling. It also has so many different flavors that will send your taste buds into a happy spiral. They are extremely friendly and very fast! I look forward to trying them again in the future.

Decided to try their bowls at the District in Tustin farmer's market since everything smelled so good. The chicken teriyaki bowl was large, topped with a lot of chicken that was quality meat. The beef bowl was equally delicious. They took care with our special orders & everything made fresh. Perfect sticky white rice at the bottom of bowls. $14 a bowl is worth it!

Delicious! We forgot to take a photo before we started eating it. Beef is super tender and tasty. Love the sauce they use.

The green onion, pickled ginger, and poached egg, pair amazingly with the tender beef and perfectly cooked rice! Happy to see Chris serve at our company, always making lunch a treat!

    Delicious!

The pork was incredibly tender and juicy on the inside with that perfect crispy, golden crust on the outside. You can tell a lot of care goes into the preparation, from the precise frying to how everything is plated and served. The sides and sauces complemented everything perfectly, and the whole meal felt balanced and satisfying without being too heavy. I do wish they had some more non fried options, but the fried stuff, they do well. It comes with the side dishes traditional to Japanese meals, and the katsu is veeeeeery crispy crunchy. Their curry flavor is pretty flavorful too but not mindblowing or particularly memorable. The wagyu hamburg was tender, juicy, but definitely salty. The gravy was alright because it was just salt forward. I loved the salad with it because it cut through the salt, but it got drenched in the gravy because it was put on the same plate. The rice was perfect and the miso soup was good, and I particularly liked the sweet potatoes. I liked the okra side but it was a little slimy for me and a little awkward to put in one's mouth with the goo. But once it was in my mouth it was great LOL. The service was great; they filled up our waters extensively and got everything perfect. Quick, efficient, accurate service is always amazing! And the restaurant itself is very cutely decorated in the Japanese style and I was pretty impressed with how cute it was since the outside can seem like an unassuming strip mall. Yummy food!!!

Today we went there not knowing of the change. The food is now certainly "all you can eat" quality. We opted against the all you can eat limited menu, and ordered of the regular menu but the quality was terrible: 1. The toro nigri was chewy, very thinly cut, with a very small piece of rice. 2. We could not tell the difference between regular salmon and the salmon belly nigri they brought us. It looked and tasted exactly the same. Definitely not fatty salmon belly. 3. The yellow tail belly was chewy. 4. All the fish in their nigri sushi were thinly cut with very little rice. Definitely all you can eat amount of fish. 5. The rolls were small and for some reason all tasted the same with little flavor. If you like all you can eat sushi places which always offer low quality fish, you might like this place. We will miss sushi Imari and the great quality sushi they served.

Spicy miso ramen: 9/10 Actually one of the better ramens I've had lately. The broth is creamier and isn't overpowering with chicken/beef flavor. The chashu was nice and tender as well. I really liked that their noodles were al dente and not too soft Deluxe mazemen: 8/10 Taking my first bite, I was instantly greeted with an explosion of umami. There's a LOT of flavor packed in this bowl and the noodles used are actually a bit thicker which is right up my alley. My only drawback on this dish was that I wished it came with some sort of veggies to cut through all the flavor. They also give you a small serving of rice at the end for you to mix into the bottom which was a nice addition Kurobota sausage: 7.5/10 We've recently been on a kurobota craze. Don't get me wrong, these were great but we've only had them charred and grilled before so I was taken aback when I saw that these were only steamed. The interior is cozy and small with authentic Japanese decorations/setup. Kinda felt like we were eating in Kyoto or something, lol. The lady who served us was friendly and gave us good recommendations. I think she was handling the whole operation to be honest. To start it off, we ordered their specialty chicken karaage and it was very delicious. It has a nice crispy and crunchy texture. The batter on the chicken was good and once you bite it, the meat is juicy and tender. Doesn't really need dipping since it's so good. As for the Mazemen, we ordered the Deluxe and Veggie one, both is a 5/5. Very flavorful and it tastes just like ramen, but without the soup. The presentation of the dish looks like a work of art. Very picture pretty. I ate that shit up within ten minutes. After that they give you a scoop of rice so you can mix it up with the leftover sauce. Lots of umami for sure. Definitely will come back again to try the other flavors. People, trust me and come through!

You won't find your typical rainbow rolls at this restaurant (I do love a good rainbow roll though). The rolls we ordered were the Snowflake (which was flavored with yuzu), the Lobster roll (which was so much more than a typical baked lobster/langostino roll), and the Are You Kidding Me roll, which was big on truffle flavor and came topped with fried onions. I thoroughly enjoyed the Snowflake roll. It had multiple types of fish inside, and the yuzu flavor added the perfect fresh citrusy touch. It also came dotted with a tiny bit of sriracha (or some other spice) but it was just a hint and it's easy to wipe off if you don't want any spice. The Lobster roll was the star of the show. I give it a 10/10 for presentation, and it was also the best tasting one in my opinion. It was plated with a shelled lobster tail, which looks visually pleasing, but the most impressive part was right before serving, the waitress lit it on fire and handed it to us, as if it were flaming creme brulee or something. The flame actually wasn't on the roll itself, but was on what appeared to be a trail of salt (presumably soaked in some kind of alcohol to make it burn). It definitely was a cool effect and I've never seen anything like it in a sushi restaurant! Lastly, the Are You Kidding Me roll - this was my third favorite out of the three we ordered. It was pretty good but I think the truffle flavor was a bit strong. I'm also personally not a huge fan of fried onions on top of sushi since I think it clashes a bit with the freshness of the fish, and gives me too many bar food vibes. But it certainly was flavorful and my husband and I still finished it. We shared these three sushi rolls between the two of us and it was just the right amount of food to leave feeling full. Besides the food, the restaurant itself was nice although I'm not sure they really needed to have a live DJ there as opposed to having a Spotify Playlist. Didn't bother me but I don't think it really added much to the vibe. I would definitely eat here again!

We started with the spicy tuna crispy rice and avocado crispy rice, both of which were incredible. Each dish had its own distinct flavor, with a really nice balance of acidity, sweetness, and savoriness. We also tried a range of different rolls, and every single one felt thoughtfully crafted and unique. The ambiance adds to the experience. The space is open, well-decorated, and has plenty of seating, making it great for a night out. It does get busy during dinner hours, so I'd definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time. Parking is fairly convenient with a nearby structure, which is always a plus. Service was excellent as well. The staff was attentive, efficient, and made sure everything flowed smoothly throughout the meal. Drinks were another highlight. The Pretty in Pink and the Yuzu Drop were both a hit at our table. Overall, this is a great spot for a fun night out with high-quality sushi, great drinks, and an inviting atmosphere. Definitely a place I'd come back to.

For my beloved home-cooked Japanese meals such as daikon with ground pork, nasu with ground pork, and mackerel with pickled veggies, I appreciate these dishes so much and it reminds me of my time living in Japan back in college in Fukuoka. Other favorites are hamachi kama, or any kind of kama, takowasa, the chirashi bowl, agedashi tofu, all so delicious! And, you can't forget about desserts. Zuke makes all of the desserts, and my favorite are the blueberry and green tea pana cotta, and the burnt Basque cheese cake.. Well, actually that is all of their deserts and they are soooo good!!!
