This and Poke Haus are my favorite poke spots and I've been going here since they first opened up. I always love the service, food, and quality, but the quantity was always what made the difference between all the other poke spots. As time went on, I know the prices of food were going to go up, but honestly I didn't mind considering how much they give, but today I noticed that less was given today): Usually my bowls look full like the top bowl (medium), but this time, there's less. I paid for a large, but I feel like I got the same amount as or even less than the medium bowl. So a bit disappointing there, but other than that, the food is still yummy and maybe today was just an off day read more

We were absolutely starving on a Monday--when all the restaurants were closed--so I found this place via Google. We had actually visited this restaurant chain in another city previously and were already familiar with their food. There were four of us; we all ordered the "Extra Large" bowls and added five servings of protein. Now we're heading happily toward the ocean to enjoy our meal along with the beautiful view. Poke. Poke. Poke. all I could think was poke for lunch. I found this gem in a loaded packed parking lot with many food options next to it. I got the large with it loaded. The sauces were perfect and the volcano 3 was super spicy, but I loved it. Definitely will be back when I'm in the area. Servers were nice and place looked clean. read more

Great spot for quick, good Poke. The choices were good and the staff was friendly. We each took a medium bowl which consisted of 3 types of protein. 1. Choose a base: white rice, brown rice, or salad 2. Choose your protein(s) depending on how big of a bowl you chose. Some options were: spicy tuna, salmon, albacore, shrimps, tofu, masago, and plenty more. 3. Unlimited toppings: onions, edamame, crabmeat, seaweed salad, corn, avocado ($1 extra), and much more 4. Love this spot. The staff are great and the portion are good! I would drive all the way from Irvine to eat here in the past. Very clean, fresh and good vibes here. I have probably tried dozens of poke places and this is by far my favorite. The salmon and tuna is always fresh. The sauces are delicious (my favorite is the wasabi cilantro). They have so many great toppings! My bowl is always filling and I leave happy. I've ordered to go and dined in. There aren't many tables for dine in, so be prepared to wait to sit during a lunch rush. The employees are always fast and helpful! read more

Gilbert the best server I've had since I went to all three Poki Tiki ,at the other two places the girls weren't nice. The food is delicious. The ambience is nice and Gilbert makes it more pleasant for me to come back now to the one in Costa Mesa I just want to mention again the other two women, the one off of jamboree and the one off of Harbor were mean. I would give a five star in honor of Gilbert, but due to the other girls, I'm leaving a lesser review. A decent place for poke minus the terrible parking situation lol. The workers were quick and generous with the toppings (see how packed my bowl is). Service was fast even though there was a rush during lunch. The salmon was fine when I went but the tuna tasted like it was turning bad at the time. It was still edible and I have a strong stomach but I wouldn't say it's the freshest. Besides from that, I was satisfied with my bowl! read more

Giving a 5 stars for the fish quality! The size was similar to any typical poke place. They had more toppings than the average poke place so that was a nice addition, but their sauce is too light for me. If you love your fish with flavored sauce, then ask for extra. If you like to enjoy the fish taste more, then this is probably the perfect place for you! read more

So I am still trying to find a great Poke location that I can get via delivery because my favorite poke shops don't deliver.... Poke Tikki on 17th street (there's another by same name in other cities) was pretty good. PROS -Fresh fish -Very generous with toppings -Tasty toppings -Good variety of toppings: Mango & Crispy Onion are delicious CONS -Poke sauce (the regular one) is a bit bland - Their Volcano sauce is ok (not sure why all the reviews raved about it) and Spicy Sauce is good how it always is -The biggest Con for me is that when you order 'to go' (and maybe for dine in the restaurant too) their "spicy salmon" and "spicy tuna" are basically just minced fish with zero seasoning/zero flavor. There is zero sauce on them and by the time you have to mix in the Spicy sauce or Volcano sauce since you are only given 3 tiny containers of sauce then you don't have enough sauce for the rest of your poke bowl. This was disappointing that without sauce both of the "spicy" varieties were totally bland minced fish. So alas the search for a good poke delivery restaurant continues.... read more

I'm navigating a new food allergy (eggs), and I can't tell you how impressed I was to open my food bag and find this note. I feel so much more comfortable ordering from Poke Tiki going forward, which makes me happy because the food is delicious! If you're a seafood lover, especially oysters or creative tacos, this place is a must-try. We started with the oysters from Washington - a beautiful variety platter of four different types. Each one was fresher and more incredible than the last, with that perfect briny pop and clean finish. They were absolutely amazing and easily some of the best I've ever had. Then came the tacos, and they stole the show. The lobster tacos were out of this world - on a completely different level! Tender, flavorful lobster with perfect seasoning and toppings that made every bite pure bliss. The fish tacos were excellent - fresh, crispy, and perfectly balanced. And don't sleep on the shrimp tacos either; they were delicious and rounded out an epic trio. The calamari was some of the best I've ever tasted - light, crispy, and not greasy at all. We also got the lobster roll, which was again on another level - generous portions of sweet lobster in a buttery roll that was just heavenly. To top it off, the fish and chips were spot-on: crispy batter, flaky fish, and that classic satisfaction. A great touch was the cucumber-infused water - so refreshing and a nice thoughtful detail. The atmosphere is fantastic: chill vibe, not too noisy, and since we went before noon, it wasn't busy at all - perfect for a relaxed meal. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, Shuck Oyster Bar is now one of my absolute number-one go-to spots in Orange County. I can't wait to come back - probably very soon! If you love oysters, fresh seafood, or just great food in a cool setting, you've gotta try this place. Also very much chatting with each other and even when making eye contact with servers for assistance was ignored. Food wise order the dozen oyster chef choice, grill cheese, chowder fries, ahi and lobster taco Dozen oyster there were 3 types all on the brinier side with the final ones more brinier than others and accompany with ginger 2 types of chili sauce and pickle red onion Chowder fries a bit on the salty side with some bites but had a nice chowder and fries ratio With little heat from the Fresno chili that were garnished Tacos were served with in a blue corn tortilla, for $6 each on the smaller side like a street taco and flavors wise pretty basic, didn't stand out very much Grill cheese with 4 pieces very buttery toast nice crunch and gooey melty cheeses Overall pretty decent food but wasn't impress with the service and though short handed, there wasn't a sense of urgency to assist, minimal acknowledgment, and wasn't checked back on after food was dropped off as others were being asked around us Also noticed in their food kitchen window as dishes were waiting to be picked up there was a plate of burger and fries and someone from the kitchen twice with barehand taking bunches of fries from a already prepare plate to be delivered. Seemed very odd. Unsure if would return to this establishment.

Luckily the saving grace was the Mahi Mahi sandwich that I ordered and it was perfect. The fish was perfectly cooked and the Mrs ordered that as well. Server was kind and switched the dish for us. Place Is always crowded in the evening. Will come back and try it again sometime.

The passion fruit drop cocktail was probably my favorite thing we ordered. Sweet but still strong... my favorite! Also really enjoyed the butter and the fresh strawberry jam. We had a decent time and enjoyed the atmosphere, but nothing really stood out enough to put this place high on my return list.
