First time trying this place and we love it! So much to choose from but we were really happy with our choices. I don't know how we've never had it before. We ended up walking up to the window to give us time to see what they had. The kid working the window was great and had really good recommendations. A Joe's dupe in South OC! Idt anyone can ever beat Joe's but this is a good substitute if you're in the area. We came here on a Saturday night at 9:40 and the line was still long both drive thru and in person! We got the tropical treat and it was SOOOO good! You can tell the syrup is artificial but not too artificial LOL. It has the right amount of sweetness and the frozen ice cream was good too. Been coming here for years lack of workers makes what relatively should be a 5 min wait for your treat into 10-15 minute wait which is truly disappointing for how good there snow cones are but is it really worth waiting for ? Fun little shave ice place! As much as I would love to gate keep this little place I need it to flourish so I can keep coming back! We just randomly found this place and so glad we did! The place is like a little shack, so there is no place to eat inside and there are a couple of tables outside. It does have a drive thru(hence sno2go). The people that work there have always been polite and helpful! This place has a lot of flavors- the options are endless! And in case it does get a little overwhelming there are some specialty combos that are fun! They also offer special limited flavors in case you are the type that gets bored of the same old thing. And to make it even more fun you can add soft serve ice cream to anything! My daughter and I personally like the fact they have sugar free flavors. They taste so good we aren't missing out! I went to the location in orange. The kids servicing the shave ice were cool. Tasted good and will definitely be back! I'd recommend this place for family and kids. Today was my second time here but neglected to yelp the first time about 2 weeks ago. We got the Shark Attack and a Blue Raspberry both with ice cream added. This place may be a tiny bit away from Anaheim and down south of OC buuuuut I promise youuuuu the drive is worth it!! Walk up window and drive thru available. Line goes by smoothly they run a solid shop! Snow cones are ridiculously delicious and fruit has always been fresh to my tasting. Only complaint is that sometimes when it's a bigger order whichever one is made FIRST gets mostly melted in their cups. Went there recently and they admitted one fell and they needed to remake. Other two didn't taste as fresh. Luckily mine was the worst cuz I took first time visitors still deserves 5 stars!! read more

Snow: GREAT. The flavors are awesome. some of my favorites The Coffee Late: Uses real coffee, each variant is so good. Bold and deep flavors. Insanely good if you like coffee. Dragonberry: Very light and refreshing. Comes with strawberries and it pairs well with the lychee flavor. The custard/Cream?: SO GOOD. When it's hot and I want a treat that reminds me of home in Hawaii, I come here. It's probably the closest thing to Hawaiian shave ice in the area. It's a tiny little freestanding booth with both walk up and drive thru lines. There are lot of flavors and a lot of custom choices. I always get mine with ice cream inside because it makes it a little richer. read more

First visit today and absolutely in love with this place! They had so many different combinations of flavors and after speaking to them, we ordered the Tropical Treat and Cookies & Cream. Both flavors were fantastic. The snow ice is similar to Italian water ice and being from the east coast, it was sure a special treat for us. This place is a true hidden gem in our neighborhood. Such an amazingly refreshing dessert. There was quite the line for both the drive thru and walk up but they were able to serve everyone in a timely manner. For us being about 6th in line took around 10 min. The service is great and there's a wonderful amount of flavors. Make sure to get yours stuffed as the condensed milk and soft serve are absolutely delicious with the shaved ice. It's really small set up in the middle of a parking lot and adjacent to a gas station but 100% worth it. There's outdoor seating and even a hook game on the side. We have gone to both locations and no matter which one we go to, we never leave disappointed. We live about 25-30 min away from the Orange location and we will drive just to get Sno2Go. It just hits the spot. I wish they were a little closer but it's okay, it doesn't stop us from visiting. My husbands go to is Tropical treat, my go to is the dragon berry delight (I love lychee), my eldest son likes to try different flavors, and my youngest loves shark attack. We stopped by for dessert after eating around the area. This place is located in the center of the plaza and is all outdoors (ordering window / drive thru). The shaved ice is definitely the best in the area with tons of tropical flavors and toppings. We can in July and they had special July 4th menu where the snow cone is patriotic in red/white/blue. I understand teenagers/young adults will be the way they are, but they didn't even greet us, didn't ask if we need help with anything, and didn't try to gauge what we might want. Instead one of the girls was singing along and dancing to a Justin Bieber song playing, she was wearing an ice cream cone sweater, then when we were ready to order the service shifted to the young man. It was confusing to know who to talk to. Then another couple came in and the same girl singing to the song seemed to be very helpful by greeting them and providing guidance. It really rubbed me the wrong way because I saw a shift in customer service. Again, I understand that young adults are probably not taking their job seriously. It didn't feel good seeing other people experience different customer service . That happen twice when another couple came in while we sat inside to eat. Would come back for the gelato.

It was probably 15 minutes before closing time and we saw this brightly lit, blue and white shop with a small cooler cart and umbrella outside near the front window and large wall art of Lionel Messi, the soccer player, inside. Being a soccer family ourselves, we asked if it was too late to come in and we were given the warmest smiles and were waved in and I'm so glad we stopped and asked. This delightful dessert spot has so much to offer that had it been a warm and crowded evening, I would have felt pressure to choose because there were so many yummy looking options it was REALLY hard to decide. They are more than happy to provide tasting samples and I think that made my decision even harder because they were all fabulous! Since we let them know this was our first time in their shop, the young server said we needed to have it served with their filled churro tucked into the side, to experience the "full effect" of Helados and although it isn't something I would add every visit, it was a fun addition to the "newbie" experience! Prices are so reasonable considering the quality of product, the portion size, and the overall charm of the place, I was actually expecting our bill to be much higher. This place is one of the best hidden gems I've found in our area! As they say on their website, it isn't ice cream, it isn't gelato, it's HELADOS! And you have to give it a try!

We ordered a handful of cookies, but my favorite had to be the white chocolate macadamia. In my opinion, you can honestly never go wrong. They also have different flavored milk too, which is a bonus to enjoy with your cookies. A lot of families were here with their littles ones as well.

I ordered a single scoop of coffee ice cream with caramel sauce. The coffee ice cream had muted flavor but was okay. The friendly fellow doing the scooping put a less than average amount of sauce on top but again, I was okay with it. I wouldn't make a special trip here but if I was at this mall and craving ice cream it's a satisfactory place to enjoy a cold treat.
