There's place like Ritas or Brusters but this is classic show cone ice. Sometimes the drive through line can take a while but to me it's worth it. You can tell this place is a local spot as there is not alot of locations of Sno 2 Go and also it's a small shack in the middle of a plaza. When I came, it was pretty busy as it was a hot day. I didn't know what to order, but I kept hearing people ask for their order to be doubled stuffed. When it came to our turn, the young man helping us was very patient and helpful and let us know that double stuffed meant ice cream at the bottom and on top in between ice. We ordered the shark attack, sour watermelon, and thai paradise all double stuffed. I love the ice cream because it taste more like a custard, the ice was good as well. This place reminds me of a place in San Diego that my cousins used to bring me too just instead of the shave iced, it was italian ice instead. This place is unique, but when I think of shave ice, I think of Hawaii and the ice here is more harder which I can see that instead of eating it right away, you may need it to just melt a little bit to get the ice softer. read more

Fun little shave ice place! As much as I would love to gate keep this little place I need it to flourish so I can keep coming back! We just randomly found this place and so glad we did! The place is like a little shack, so there is no place to eat inside and there are a couple of tables outside. It does have a drive thru(hence sno2go). The people that work there have always been polite and helpful! This place has a lot of flavors- the options are endless! And in case it does get a little overwhelming there are some specialty combos that are fun! They also offer special limited flavors in case you are the type that gets bored of the same old thing. And to make it even more fun you can add soft serve ice cream to anything! My daughter and I personally like the fact they have sugar free flavors. They taste so good we aren't missing out! There was a small line and the tables were full but by the time we paid, a table opened up and we were able to enjoy our treat as soon as it was ready. I selected a green tea with raspberries concoction. I forget the name but I've never seen green tea flavoring as an option before and I love green tea so I had to try! The shaved ice I ordered also had ice cream too. Now, I've eaten a ton of shaved ice in my day in Hawaii so I was surprised to find such a good shaved ice on the mainland! Also, the shark attack comes with a shark gummy so my son loves getting that. We love Joe's Italian in Anaheim, ice but this place is definitely a great South OC spot to come too. Really disappointing experience. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru while multiple people who walked up to the other window were assisted first. There was no communication -- I was just left waiting and repeatedly pushed off. I stayed patient, but when I asked if there was any way to compensate for the long wait, the staff laughed. That response alone made the experience worse and felt very unprofessional. I understand places can be understaffed, but customers shouldn't be ignored or made to feel like their time doesn't matter. Only complaint is that sometimes when it's a bigger order whichever one is made FIRST gets mostly melted in their cups. Went there recently and they admitted one fell and they needed to remake.
